Just joined the course about three days ago and have been going through the lessons. My business has been around for 15 years, and I've never had success with FB ads, but this could help a lot.

I know the basics of FB ads since I've run them off and on for years. I understand that the general information is available all over the internet. However, the focus is not on the ads but more on how to differentiate yourself from the other ads and create more meaningful ads based on what your customer wants, rather than what you sell.

Besides the community that is very involved, I found that the course material is well-organized and easy to search.

This is definitely one of the best groups that I've come across in a long time and learning a lot of new techniques to improve what I already know about FB ads.

I started watching Ben's Youtube videos back in 2021 and quickly purchased his course at the time, which I found super valuable. Then IOS14 hit, we moved into a recession after covid period, and I started working with various agencies (none of them worthwhile) and coaching groups (also terrible). After my last (and final!!) agency in October 2025, I started looking for ad support, and came full circle to Ben Heath's Facebook Ads Mastery course.

I love this group. Everyone is super friendly, and the content is easily digestible. To be fair, I have been running ads for 4 years now so a lot of this is just a good refresh, but they delve into the Andromeda update, which is the core reason I wanted a course to support me taking over the account again.

It coincided within days of my Black Friday Sale starting early November, so I got stuck into the trainings and started building out my campaigns.

Long story short, I'm seeing more ads with higher average ROAS than I've ever really seen before. Absolutely thrilled. Coaching groups I've used in the past have charged 10x the monthly fee (with a lock-in 12-month contract) with just terrible generic advice that did not work. The info in Facebook Ads Mastery actually works. It's a whole new set up that works with the latest information from Facebook, and I've had one of my best month's in a long time since implementing their advice.

Very excited to see how this continues to grow and shape my business in the future. I've worked with 7 agencies, and taken 2 other courses. Facebook Ads Mastery is the cheapest hands down with the most value. I've already recommended them to two other small businesses.

From my personal experience I think this is the most up to date (and continues to be updated) training on Mets ads there is. I’ve been a part of a lot of communities in the last but the support in FAM is unmatched.

Finally, a resource that provides a concentrated amount of Meta Ads training, based on proven tactics. The training curriculum is solid and I appreciate being able to go at my own pace. But that wouldn't be enough to earn 5 stars. What really tops it off is the live Q&A sessions and an incredible community of people and trainers that jump in to help... and quickly!

I run an online business (helping Photographers learn Video) and hiring Heath Media at £2,700 per month has been one of the most painful and damaging decisions I’ve made.
I signed up after watching Ben’s YouTube videos, believing his team would help me scale something I’d already proven myself. Instead, over 3 months, the results almost crushed my business.
They were meant to run my ad account, script and edit my videos, and help diagnose and fix my offer, landing page and funnel.
In reality, the editing was junior at best. I work in the film industry and what I got back looked rushed, generic and lazy, with stock music slapped on and no thought for pacing or storytelling. I ended up re-editing a lot of the ads myself just to get them to a basic standard, and even then turnaround times were slow.
Performance wise, it was even worse. When I ran ads myself for the very first time, as a complete novice with funnels and paid traffic, I was getting around 1.6x ROAS. With Heath Media, after a couple of promising days, results dropped off a cliff and sat around 0.4–0.5 ROAS. After I changed my funnel and core offer myself, it only crept up to about 0.7x.
For a company that markets itself as elite, that’s shocking, especially when a beginner like me did better on my own. About halfway through, they suddenly started blaming “site speed” and other technical issues, things that were never mentioned in the onboarding or initial audit. If those were real problems, they should have been flagged on day one, not brought up later as an excuse once money had already been burned.
I repeatedly asked for a proper copywriter or funnel expert to get involved and was basically told they don’t really have those people, which is insane for an agency of this size. Their “CRO expert” told me my site looked good, yet it converted at around 0.7%.
A lot of the copy and ad ideas they gave me felt generic and AI-like, totally soulless. Ironically, the best performing ads were the ones I wrote myself.
Communication wasn’t great either – their “happiness” account person would take 3–5 working days to respond on Slack. At the end of the 3 months I finally had a call with him; he gave me the usual corporate partner talk that sounds nice but doesn’t change the numbers. After a heated conversation they offered an extra 14 days to see if things improved. Nothing meaningful changed from their side in that period, so I cancelled.
I raised money to hire this agency because I genuinely believed they would help me grow. Instead, I’m now picking up the pieces, trying to get my business back on track after three brutal months of low ROAS, high fees and a lot of stress. They say they specialise in small businesses, but if you’re a small business owner, I’d strongly suggest you think twice. This experience has been heart-breaking. Don’t just believe the hype because the content looks good on YouTube.

I have invested a lot into courses and mentorship in the past. Over £15,000 in total and decided to give this one a shot due to seeing Ben Heaths videos and he clearly knows what he's talking about. I jumped on my first 3 live calls today. The fact they have around 3/4 live calls a day on the mentorship is phenomenal for being able to access an expert quickly when needed. I spoke with Ben and he gave so much insight and understanding into the problems I'm facing with clear actionable steps. Then I jumped onto the call with Robby Williams and discussed some of the issues I'm facing internally with clients and fulfilment (I run a Marketing Agency for reference) and the way he was able to decipher the problems I was facing, give me a WHY there was such a discrepancy as-well as break it down with me on how to improve it, how to source actors and fix the problems I was facing was so worth it. Then on top we reversed engineered the ads that was working so I know have the formula to be able to recreate more on the masses and drive even better results for my clients every single time was worth the investment in itself. The time, effort and attention I was given with the problems I was facing did not come across as tedious or irritating at all. He dealt with every question and issue I was facing in a friendly and patient manner (I had a lot lmao) and for that I can not express enough gratitude. In the first 48 hours alone I have walked away with more value than the investment cost. From my experience in the past with bad communities/courses this is by far the most valuable one I have ever been in and provided a night and day difference. I highly recommend anyone thinking about it just to jump on a call and understand more with them. It's been a great experience so far and I look forward to continuing to work with them. I'm so satisfied with FAM. It's a great community full of knowledgable members and coaches. I've wasted a lot of money over the last year working with "ads coaches" who weren't up to date on the latests Meta Ads algorithm changes, which resulted in my losing a lot of money on ads. The Facebook Ads Mastery (FAM) group is genuinely brilliant.

The level of detail, tactical insight, and quality of content, both in the main course and through regular Loom recordings, is outstanding.

I’ll be honest, I was initially worried it might be one of those courses that gets recorded once and then left to gather dust, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Everything is kept fully up to date, with fresh Loom videos on specific topics, real case studies, and ad account walkthroughs that show exactly what’s working right now.

There are also regular group coaching calls where you can ask specific questions and get direct feedback from experts who really know their stuff.

It’s practical, current, and packed with value. I'd highly recommend joining, it's great value

I joined Ben Heath’s 12-month mentorship program for £5,000, and while there were some positives, overall I was pretty disappointed with the experience.

The advice and resources were great. The mentors are good, and the Skool community had a lot of useful trainings and discussions. That was honestly the best part of the program. But once your mentorship ends, you get removed from the Skool community, which really surprised me. For £5,000 a year, I expected at least lifetime access to those resources.

The service overall just didn’t feel worth the price. I was moved between mentors three or four times. One of those was my choice because the person wasn’t responding fast enough, but the whole thing still felt disorganized. They use Slack for communication, but only the free version, so after three months all your old messages disappear. That meant I lost all the previous advice and feedback I’d been given, which was frustrating. I brought this up with the team and even Ben, but it never got resolved.

The account audits were another letdown. Some were only a couple of minutes long and felt rushed, like they were just going through the motions. I also think the program would benefit from more one-on-one time. For the amount paid, it would’ve been nice to have a proper call every few weeks instead of just sending questions on Slack and getting video replies. It was hard to build rapport this way.

The initial sales process also felt quite pushy. Not dishonest, but definitely high-pressure.

To be fair, I joined when the program was still quite new, so things may have improved since. But at the time it felt messy and like the mentors were stretched too thin.

Overall, there’s good knowledge and a strong community, but the experience didn’t match the price tag. I wouldn’t sign up again unless they’ve made big improvements.
