Easy to use website, simple ordering system, radiators arrived pretty promptly considering some where not in stock and delivery driver was a really pleasant fella.
I was a little concerned about overall cost and whether they would do the job, did not need to worry they are great, haven’t (fingers crossed) needed post purchase support so can’t comment.
Installed myself as straightforward!

Really easy to access and order
Really easy to access what I was searching for, good straight forward provision of information regarding the product I was searching for. We already have Rointe products in our home so it was straight forward today ordering another radiator and was helpful that you listed associated products so we could get the remote control at the same time.

Beware of Next Day delivery promise - check carefully for the actual delivery day
Promised next day delivery even thought it 10.00pm night when I ordered. Company argued that they meant orders before 3pm but this was not clear on their website. There is a counter up to 3pm but if you order later, as I did, the counter is not there. There is one other prompt about the time during the ordering process but it is possible to complete the purchase without seeing this because it is below the continue or payment buttons and one must scroll down to see it. Meanwhile, at the top of the page in clear view on every page is a logo stating Next Day Delivery. I have alerted the company to this change required to their webpages so as not to mislead customers.
DHL used for delivery and they failed to deliver even on what Edison House said was the next day.
When delivered DHL did not follow instructions to put in porch and reported that I signed for the package when no-one was in and it was left outside of the door.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the delivery and that DHL did not follow your instructions as expected. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
Just to clarify, our next working day delivery applies to orders placed before 3pm, and our website does show a live countdown to the daily cut-off time. As your order was placed after 10pm, it was processed the following working day, in line with the service we advertise.
That said, we sincerely apologise for the additional delay caused by DHL and the way the parcel was handled on delivery. While this was unfortunately outside of our control, we are actively addressing such issues with our courier to improve the experience for our customers.
