Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I received one radiator with a damaged LCD display, and another stopped working just a few weeks later. The company is asking me to return the radiators for replacement, but they’re already fully installed, and the original packaging is in the rubbish. How am I supposed to send them back packaged? On top of that, customer service is dreadful, only replying to emails once a week or sometimes not responding at all. Very disappointed with the product and the lack of support.

Rubbish aftercare
Rubbish aftercare: bought one of their premier radiators broke down 6 months after 3 year warranty. Told to package it and send back for replacement when I did that told sorry we checked your 6 months out of warranty we can give you £50 off a new one ??!! Could have checked from beginning and get facts right or even a goodwill gesture as we spent more than £3.5k with them ?? But no . So will source different rad from elsewhere

We have a process to follow when products are reported faulty and unfortunately your item was out of warranty. We have offered a deduction off a replacement product as a goodwill gesture as we could not replace the whole unit free of charge for you.
