heated slippers did not work
heated slippers did not work - asked for a return and was told they never fail and basically customers are all wrong and that if I return they will send them back! Waste of time
Further info. Trustpilot have fully verified my review based on my bank statement and yet I am still get hassled on here by Heat Treats who have called me a fraud! In their reply they also shared personal data they did not have permission to post, I have reported them to Trustpilot for a breach of GDPR. Avoid at all costs.

Sadly this is not a genuine review - when asked to provide details so we could investigate as we'd not had any communications from anybody that had bought heatable slippers from us, and we would never make a comment such as what has been said, this was the response we received:
Reference number:
none of your business
Email:
sxxxe@sxxxxxxxxxxxs.com
Phone number:
00000000000
Name:
Terrible customer service
Had they been able to provide us with any actual details, we would have been able to verify the order at least and mae enquiries reagrding the claim made about what was supposedly said, which we vehemently refute.

Just a shame that you had run out of Highland Cows. I'd have liked one for myself (got a teddy instead).

How lovely Shirley; hope the hairy coo keeps your grandaughter nice and cosy x Thanks for choosing heat-treats.co.uk and for leaving us a great review.
Good quality items and plenty of items to choose from.
The website is pretty simple and easy to use, with lots of choice from cuter items to silly items, as well as more reserved items, so something to suite a variety of different tastes.
I got some really good deals on items on sale and was really happy with the quality of everything that I purchased. All 3 pairs of slippers are very comfortable and look just like the pictures shown.
The long hot water bottle that I got was a little smaller than expected, however I didn't actually check the size so that's on me, but the cover is very cute and of good quality, and the hand warmer is a really good size and also very cute and of good quality. Delivery was fast as well.
