Mike from Heat Art was recommended to me by my dad (whose boiler he'd previously replaced and has been servicing the new one for a number of years) to give me a quote for a new boiler. He recommended a boiler to suit me; nothing too fancy, but with a good reputation and competitively priced. He was great at explaining everything that needed to be done to install the new boiler in line with current standards (as my previously boiler was probably over 15 years old) including fitting a filter, condenser outlet and thermostat (which I'd not previously had) and "flushing out" the central heating system. He also noticed the hot tap in my bathroom wasn't working (which it hadn't for a number of years), and after explaining the problem I'd had with it over the years he fixed that too, so I now finally have hot water in my bathroom sink! Mike is personable, knowledgeable, competitive in price and very good at his job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Had to call Mike out as the boiler wasn’t putting out any hot water. He turned up after no time and soon had us back up and running. Friendly professional service, would recommend to anyone.

Mike of heat art has been servicing mine and my families boilers for a number of years, he keeps an electronic diary so we don't need to remember when we're due, he's punctual, polite, competitively priced and above all knowledgeable and personable.
Last year I had a fire in my boiler, I had to call Mike, he dropped all and came to help immediately and without hesitation even out of hours
