The company is actually below one star they can't even be rated that's how bad it is. To scam people that are trying to make the world a better place is ridiculous everybody that ordered one of the sweatshirts never received it and didn't get any responses especially sad for the ones family committed suicide and they wanted one of these your to be ashamed to yourself I know I never got mine and never got any answers either. I hope you burn in hell.

This rating would be 0 if I could. I ordered in September and have not received merchandise to date. I’ve contact company 4 - Yes FOUR - times and received no response.

I ordered on the 20th of September 2025 and even paid through Amazon and have never heard a word from this company. I have sent many emails no phone number that is answered. I really waited this, bc my mom had committed suicide and it just touched a heart string but now I just want my money back.

Ordered mine on sept 14th it's now Nov 3rd still nothing and many attempts to reach out and cant

Order 2 hoodies from this site on the 17th of September. Its now the 2nd of November and still nothing. Its a scam, don't fall for it. After several attempts to contact these people with no response, I have contacted my bank who have refunded me my money and are in the process of reclaiming it back from the company, I will update this on the outcome of that.

I purchased a hoodie on September 16th and it's November 1st. Still no hoodie & I have emailed the company numerous with no reply!! Plus filed a complaint with Shopify & they aren't much help!!! I want my money back!!!!

Heartwearing. Com the biggest scam shop especially you are enough for mental health awareness clothing. Order 4 hoodies from them 18TH sept 2025 even paid for fast delivery, I've emailed them to many times and still no reply, even reported it to SHOP where you track your delivery and still nothing, even TRUST PILOT gave them 5 star rating, it's now 29th October 2025 and still NOTHING. Be very careful when placing your order with company because you are not going to get your money back.. Order #2785 why promote products when you can't deliver the goods. WARNING STAY AWAY

If I could give zero stars I would. This a SCAM company. I ordered on September 20, 2025 and haven’t received anything. They don’t respond to emails and SHOPIFY does nothing to help. This company is protected by SHOPIFY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, HEARTWEARING.com is a SCAM COMPANY.

The site is a total scam. I ordered two items from them a month ago, and never delivered, and they don't respond to emails. Lowlifes scamming something that's to promote suicide prevention.
Can't get much lower.

I ordered four sweaters from them. I waited for three weeks to get my product. No product. I emailed them asking if they could tell me where my order is i did not get a response back.

Scam company luckily my bank gave me a refund!!!

Have ordered a hoodie from this company they say they have delivered it is have ask4my neighbours if
they have had any parcels delivered with my name on it and they all said no. I have sent this company three
emails but never got a reply back from them. I would not recommend buying from Heartwearing.com as I
think they just scam people out of there money.
