I could genuinely not have asked for a more professional experience from start to finish thank what I received from Rahim today. The appointment booking was so easy to do online. Easy to find and park. Met by Rahim and Millie the super friendly dog. The treatment room is immaculate and a very calm space. An all round first class service and I cannot recommend Rahim enough. Thank you so much.

Rahim welcomed me he took the time to explain to me the process of the ear wax removel he spoke to me all the time whilst he was doing it asking if i was in any pain the procedure was quick and i walked out able to hear again. i will be returning to Rahim again.

Excellent, professional, efficient, everything explained and all in a relaxed manner. I can hear! This is the first time ear wax removal has been a good experience and I'll be going back when the need arises.

Rahim is very friendly and very skilled. He was able to clean my ears without any discomfort at all and the location of the hub is also stunning!

Great place to go.. Rahim is really professional and gentle. My right ear was block and he was gentle and I felt no pain whatsoever.

Would 100% recommend anyone going here, I be back for regular check ups knowing it is with Rahim.

Rahim was delightful, very informative and honest and makes you feel relaxed. The location was easy to find and overall experience was positive. I'm glad to be hearing again.

Very thorough and reassuring experience. Lovely relaxing environment was an added bonus!
Would highly recommend.

My daughter had the ear wax removal procedure today and we both couldn't be more pleased! The experience was quick, informative and i just can't explain the instant difference it has made. We hadn't quite realised the extent she had been unable to hear, she's said it's the happiest she's ever been. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous 🙌 I can hear clearly again👂 thank you !
I was recommended by a lovely friend to the Hearinghealthhub and very feel grateful that I managed to get a fast online appointment. A lovely professional service and the first time I have actually seen the inside of my ears 😳 the before and after on screen photo capture was amazing, without hesitation I would thoroughly recommend.

Really pleased with my consultation today. Professional and friendly. Peaceful environment.

From the moment you arrive Rahim offers a professional and friendly service. He explained every part of the procedure from start to finish highly recommend

Welcoming and friendly. Quick, pain free service. Will use again.

Easy to book online and easy to find. Welcomed by the owners pooch Millie, Rahim was friendly and his premises were welcoming and clean. Upon checking my ears I was advised I didn’t in fact need any wax removal that day. That was very kind to notify me of that and consequently I wasn’t charged for the appointment. Appreciate the honesty and when I do require wax removal, I’ll head back here.

It is such a lovely place and peaceful made the whole process easy and quick.
It was an instant release.
Highly recommended.

I went to the Hearing Hub to be fitted with hearing aids and had a positive experience with Rahim. I was fitted with the Phonak i90 Sphere aids, which are Phonak’s latest model, and after some initial fine-tuning they’ve been excellent and have made a real difference in day-to-day life and when working in busy, noisy hospital environments.
The aftercare has also been very good, including any further adjustments after the initial fitting. I did need to go back a few times (which is very normal) and each time Rahim was really helpful and happy to assist. It’s also been very easy to make appointments and I’ve been able to be seen at short notice when needed.

Yeah, I can hear again! I secured a next day appointment so swiftly via Hearing Health Hub’s online booking form, and being in and out within 10 minutes was an added bonus. The procedure, regardless of my stubborn wax, was pretty straightforward and painless too. Highly recommend!

Friendly, approachable and considerate.
I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly impressed. Also felt that advice given was trustworthy which is essential for the next step in my journey to have hearing aids. Definitely recommend this company.

Arrives to a warm professional welcome and put instantly at ease, Rahim took the time to listen and provided exceptional service. I walked in with limited hearing and after a painless procedure walked out able to hear again. Definitely recommend and will be going back if I have any future problems

The appointment ran on time. The process of ear wax removal was explained. This was a suction process and was very rapid and totally pain free. Wax was removed from both ears and before and after pictures inside the ears were provided on screen. An excellent result! Very good service in a pleasant location.

Rahim was very friendly calm and reassuring, lovely setting, quick and efficient, easy parking. Completely resolved my blocked ear, highly recommend.
