Zero After Sales Service
I bought a phone from this company for my elderly, hard of hearing mother.
The company's whole purpose is to provide devices that help people with poor hearing.
My mother puts all her conversations on speaker. The phone she received was not only worse than my normal phone in terms of listening volume on speaker, it was worse than her existing phone.
As if that weren't disappointing enough, i contacted Hear For Less by email on 13 December and received no response. Busy christmas maybe, so i contacted them again later. Nothing.
Then i rang them. I couldn't get through and left a message for them to call back. No one called back.
I tried again a few days later, wound up on hold again, and gave up.
Exasperated, i left a poor review on their site. They didn't publish it.
They make a big deal on their site about their "No Worries, 30-day, Money Back Guarantee."
That didn't even extend to calling or emailing me back after i'd contacted them.
Both the phone and the company were a huge disappointment.
Other than sending the phone out when it became available - it was a preorder - the customer service i received from Hear For Less was nonexistent.
