The Healthy Man Arvostelua 

Running a company, spending way too long in traffic to and from the office, constant lockdowns here in Melbourne and being a father of 3 doesn't always leave a lot of time to look after my health and fitness properly.
That's why I'm so grateful I found The Healthy Man meal replacement shakes. Easy to prepare, full of vitamins and nutrients and great tasting; I still can't decide if I like vanilla or chocolate better. I've been having one or two shakes a day for the past four weeks and have lost almost 5kg. I am impressed.

So happy with these products. They have made losing weight for me very easy. Tastes great! Would recommend it to anyone starting out!

This meal replacement is awesome, easy to mix, both flavours tastes great. Have tried others and this one leaves me not wanting to eat all the time.

The Healthy Man shakes are really helping me to hit my goals, quick and easy to make a shake on the run to keep the craving’s at bay. Using the meal plan loosely and recipes supplied to meal prep a few days in a row, nice meals and not to complicated.
Give it a go, you we be surprised on what you can achieve.

Totally unacceptable repeating orders when I did not order anything but the first order.
Then someone tells me they have cancelled it to then find out I have another order on the way.

I am delighted to report that this shake actually tastes the bomb! No grit, no aftertaste, no side effects. I have in a shaker with milk and it has made breakfast and lunch time at work much easier. Plus it is really filling and I have stopped the snacking and after 10 weeks I am 12kg down. Highly recommend

The chocolate is not a bad flavour, however, there needs to be more flavour selection

Where do I Start? This is a phenomenal product. First of all, I love the taste it is fantastic! Vanilla and Chocolate are both very creamy, tasty blends and I honestly cannot decide between either. I have tried numerous other brands and nothing compares! I have seen instant results in the last 10 days I've been using The Man Shake. I have lost a whopping 3kg! All with the use of a low carb diet and minimal excercise! I feel healthier, happier and more like me. This stuff keeps you powering at work and doesn't have you bloated and sick. I personally mix it with water and a dash of milk just to ease my mind a little and its nothing but quality. I cannot believe it, I am a true supporter of this stuff. Don't waste your hard earned money on other brands, spend less and get more with The Healthy Man! 25/10 √√√
