i was very happy with my order
i was very happy with my order. i previously placed some negative feedback due to order delay. i did not take into account the weather in eastern australia. my bad.
i will continue to use and buy this product. i am not using it to lose weight, rather to ensure i am getting the nutrients i need. too lazy to cook :(

Great for type 1 diabetics
Being type 1 diabetic I found it hard to diet or intermittent fast without anything spiking my glucose levels but since I've tried the healthy MAN shake it has worked wonders is it only gives me a very small bump in glucose while having the benefit of suppressing my hunger.

No problems with ordering my smoothies. I’ve been on them for breakfast for several months and they are convenient and economical. When I watch what I eat for the rest of the day I do actually lose weight.

Hasn’t arrived…..
Hi Guys
After researching the best meal replacement on the market I decided the healthy man.
Placing order on 3/4/2022 and confirmed payment via the web site. Then the next two days I got confirmed shipping was due to me on the 14/4/2022.
This hasn’t arrived it’s the 24/4/2022 and I believe it’s lost… disappointing

Austpost more efficient than the mob you use. No contact phone number to ring healthy man.
I like the product but this delay will make think again about reordering.
