Missing product
We love the product. Unfortunately when our order arrived we are missing a jar. Sent an email to support and still havent received any communication. The seamoss itself is delious and our kids have nearly finished a jar off in a few days. Would like to order again if we receive the missing jar

What made my experience great was taking the steps to get more healthier and I wanted to see what the sea moss was like so I ordered the elderberry which is pretty good actually once you get used to it I take two spoons a day. I buy two jars a month and it's really helped me with my gut and it cleared my skin as well. AndI have More energy so I would say it does what it says it would do and I love it.

Nasty taste

This is my second order
This is my second order. And granted I am doing this for health reasons but I do not show any results really. I don't know if this is because every time I get it Its melted and I have to put it in the fridge. Does it loose its potency? Not sure but I know that I'm not really feeling any change.

The company was great help.Because I didn't receive my package and They was willing to send me another product. That was real helpful and I will be back.
And the company has very quick response on the Email great customer service. And the reason why I didn't receive my package. Because the Post Office had mixed it up with somebody else's mail.
