Established in 2015, we are a clinical homecare company, specialising in delivering homecare services to patients.

We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.

There are currently over 260,000 patients using our services, and our dedicated team offer support to them across a number of different therapy areas – Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Oncology, Rare Diseases and many more.

Our aim is to make our patient’s lives easier, by taking the stress out of managing their medication.

We recognise that each one of our patients is unique, and our services are tailored specifically to their requirements.

For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.

We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

My First Delivery

I was communicated with, kept advised of my delivery and was given details of my delivery 2 hour time slot, which was achieved. There was no fuss and I was able to carry on with my work.
Going forward if they could provide details of the 2 hour time slot at least 48 hours before, then you could plan your day better.

Change of time

As requested the delivery window was meant to be between 7:00 and 13:00 hrs on the day and this was confirmed a few days before and then the evening before it was changed for a window of 14:00 to 15:00 without any reason which meant my plans had to change last minute in terms of being present at the delivery address.

Delivery great

Delivery great . Trying to talk to some at healthnet impossible as no picks up the phone and the online part of it well sorry I just gave up. So if it was up to me I would not deal with them. But as I don't get a say I am stuck with them
