Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, he did mess up on the entry of my name for AARP. He titled it with my husband's name by mistake. It took an extensive phone call with AARP to correct. It left my husband feeling as though Scott does not know what he is doing.
I do want to comment on his assistant Gail. She is very unprofessional. She does not have correct knowledge on questions and cannot spell or add numbers. Also pries into personal affairs. She should go.

Very clear, informative options for our insurance. He took the time and asked the right questions to help understand our specific needs.
