HealthHosts Arvostelua

Rude, rude, rude, Mike the owner is extremely rude, I had a website built and virtually every time I needed some work done he responded aggressively and very rude. I would definitely be wary about this company, customer care and support is non existent.

I had an old website with Healthhosts about 20 years ago and it served me really well. Then a friend decided to make me a website as a present. It was really nice and then she handed it over to me! I am not at all technically minded and so all these constant updates and emails that bombarded me was very confusing.

It dawned on me that of course Healthhosts was the perfect answer! I contacted them and asked them to make me a new website. They have been fantastic every step of the way. All my questions and lack of computer experience was answered in a prompt and friendly manner. They created the website in about a week which was very impressive.

I know that when I’m ready to create an online course, or send out a newsletter that they are there to help me do it and provide the platform, the know-how and the support. The main thing is I don’t feel overwhelmed. That is so important.!

Not only have I a brand-new beautiful website but I feel relieved and safe knowing that I don’t have to deal with all the upkeep that comes with maintaining a website. I have a small health therapy business and I can relax and do my work knowing that Healthhosts are doing what needs to be done with my website.

Mike and the team have been incredibly helpful on the phone and on email and get back to one quickly and efficiently. I love the fact that I can contact them 24/7 and get an answer soon. Having Healthhosts as my website provider has taken the stress away from me totally and I can focus on my business and doing what I’m good at. Thanks Healthhosts🙏

I have been entrusting Healthhosts with the care of my website since around 2012, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Over the years, they have consistently delivered outstanding service, demonstrating a remarkable level of promptness and creativity in their designs.

Earlier this year, I decided it was time to give my website a facelift – a refresh to breathe new life into it while retaining the essence of its existing content. I reached out to Mike at Healthhosts, conveying my ideas and suggestions for the revamp. Completing the onboarding form with as much detail as possible, I eagerly awaited the transformation.

To say that I am thrilled with the end result would be an understatement. The attention to detail displayed by Healthhosts has truly blown my mind. They not only met but exceeded my expectations, showcasing a profound understanding of my business. The pages are clear, the structure is impeccable, and the site is now incredibly easy to navigate.

One of the highlights for me has been the seamless integration of new features, perfectly complementing the existing content. I find myself thoroughly enjoying the process of adding blog posts and exploring the various enhancements Healthhosts has introduced.

In light of my consistently positive experiences and the recent impressive website revamp, I wholeheartedly recommend Healthhosts. Their dedication to excellence, creative prowess, and commitment to understanding their clients' businesses set them apart in the industry. Thank you, Healthhosts, for consistently exceeding my expectations and making the management of my website an absolute pleasure!

If you are thinking of updating or creating a new website, then look no further🔎

Mike and his team at HealthHosts have been incredible

Having seen their advert in a glossy Therapy magazine for years, I had always wondered “wouldn’t it be lovely to have a professional company create my website, but I doubt if I can afford it.” However, during Covid I took the plunge and believe me it WAS AFFORDABLE for me, a small, therapy business.

I only wish I’d done this 15 years ago having used monkeys/sharks/friends husbands/university students studying web IT etc and paid them too only because I didn’t think I could afford a professional company to do it for me !

With HealthHosts there was a fantastic selection of templates to choose from (with links to the client website), and within the template design you could even change the colours to fit with your company logo… It was a simple and easy to follow the process of uploading information photographs and descriptions to their online platform -and believe me, I am not ‘Techy’ and even I could do it and I’m a Therapist!!!!

I can gain secure access to the “backend”(I think that’s what it’s called) of my website and update small changes or even add a blog! And sometimes when I mess it all up, I email Mike to come to the rescue,- and as I pay a small monthly subscription for Mike’s Team to do updates and changes within a couple of hours (actually probably less than an hour) they’ve corrected and made the necessary changes.

Please please dear reader, if you are reading my feedback with a view to creating or updating your website, then look no further. HealthHosts are EXCELLENT … from the first point of contact they’ve held my hand the whole way and I have never looked back.

I now have a very professional looking website, with lots of pages, an online booking system and payment platform. 10/10 and 5⭐️ for sure!

The team are fantastic and so helpful. They made getting my website up and running so easy and their support is outstanding. I have been using their services for 4 years and having their help means I can get on with running my business without worrying about my website. Honestly, can’t recommend them enough. 😊🌸

I was recommended to HealthHosts by a freind after having a very dissapointing experience with a different company. Here i had full support an amazing aproach and explanation of everything that was to be offered alongside a beautiful website created in sufficient time. Not only this the telephone manner and customer service has been very helpful and outstanding i would reccomend this company to anybody who wants a stunning website created in sufficient time and you get choose unique designs that suits you. This is what makes them exellent as you get to see your web design come to life! Thank you so much!

I am delighted with how my website has turned out. Wil was so patient with me, making adjustments as we went along to get it exactly as I wanted it. His design is outstanding in my opinion. Sue and Mike also so helpful - answering my constant questions. A great team making it a very simple process. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been with HealthHost since 2008. Exceptional service, good value, effective and user-friendly platform. Would highly recommend them.

I am so happy with my new website.
I struggled at first as I’m not good on computers and don’t understand the technical jargon. However, once Health Hosts understood my level they sent links and were a perfect bridge for me to communicate.
Thank you…

Really pleased with the service from Healthhosts and the quick turnaround. Thank you again!

HealthHosts are the best in their field. I am so delighted with the amazing website they have just created for me in an incredibly short time. The website builder I was assigned did a wonderful job clarifying details at every stage. I was blown away with the end result.
Thank you to Sue, Mike, and Wil and the team, all who helped to create a beautiful website for my business.

They say they have designers, but all they do is copy paste text and images into the template and charge you minimum £300 for that. I thought I'd free my time and pay someone for a well put-together design, but I can actually do such work by myself - get a template and copy paste. They are very adamant that this is supposed to be a designer's work. I'd rather not work with them any longer. Wasted money, wasted time.

I appreciated the swift response to my request and clear instructions given by staff.
Since I wanted a German website, it was easy to be guided through and small errors were immediately corrected,
All in all, I got a great website for my spouse's business.
I would recommend HealthHost anybody looking for a diverse, great website to boost business.
Thanks to Sue, Mike, and the team, all who helped to get the website I wanted.

When I submitted the form to create my website I was unsure if they would catch what I want it to look like deeply in my mind. When I got the first draft I was so pleased and surprised. It was like my thoughts taking digital form. It reflected exactly what I want and who I am. The process leading it to be published, the website had few corrections and they showed efficiency in dealing with everything with care. They answered me promptly and solved, changed and corrected everything the way I wanted. Thank you for your patience, efficiency, care and professionalism. It means a lot to me, that have never done that before, and grateful that you made the journey easy. For all these qualities I highly recommend healthhosts to anyone. Thank you thank you thank you.

I have been so impressed with Health hosts , the web builder I was assigned was so super efficient and created such a beautiful website for me, I am really pleased. I am yet to need there help when tweaking things myself, but I am sure they will be just as helpful, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Healthhosts were highly recommended to me, so I used them to redesign my existing website, but with a more user friendly, optimised experience for customers. The result was a very clean and clear, easy to navigate website, built in no time at all. It was easy to communicate with the team there and they understood that I needed my website to convert viewers to customers. I was so happy with the finished product and I'm so happy that I chose to go with them. I should have done this a couple of years ago!

I can't recommend Health Hosts enough, they exceeded all my expectations by a long way. We had a bad experience with our previous web designer / host and that made me wary, but this was like night and day. They incorporated everything in my brief and where they did make additions they were all better. I've dealt with designers in my previous corporate career and this is the fastest work and honestly the first time I've really been impressed in over 20 years. Thank you!

Thank you to all at the health hosts team for facilitating a super fast and seamless move over to them recently.

I'm not technically minded at all , but health hosts made it a very easy process and within 3 days my fabulous new website was live and I have received lots of new enquiries already !

The support they offer is great and they respond quickly .

I have already recommended Health Hosts to some colleagues!

Health Hosts offer a hugely reliable and professional service.
Everything is dealt with immediately and in a highly efficient manner.
I think they are quite brilliant in every way!

Recently asked Mike for help in producing my logo in three different formats; which I was unable to achieve on my own.
As is usual, he was brilliant!
Even though my initial concept was a rather tricky design to work with, fiddly to produce and had to meet a list of exacting criteria.
As always, he came up trumps, and all for a predetermined fixed fee.
Thanks again HealthHosts, you’re the best!
