I recieved my holiday vaccination from Joan, she is so helpful and explained everything to me

I couldn’t recommend this service in Epsom more. Diane is so welcoming, calm and capable I felt completely relaxed and confident while she took my blood sample. The clinic is very convenient being within the store in the shopping g centre. What a great addition to what Superdrug offers.

Travel vaccinations. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service

The ' nurse' (Margi) we saw for travel advice didn't even greet us , just abruptly told us to follow her - We have never experienced such an offhand and brusque appointment and she barely gave us time to give any information before she barked another blunt comment. The ' advice' given was at best read off a computer website and nothing we didn't already know but she didn't give us any particular reassurance. An absolute waste of £20 . Was happy to pay but thought we'd have at least been afforded a courteous appointment.
However after leaving this bizarre, short, abrupt interview I was given helpful advice from a young woman sales representative in the store and was greeted with cheery ' good morning ' and great customer service from the young woman on the till as you enter the store . Their attitude and service was in stark contrast to what we had received in the travel appointment.
Would never use Super Drug, for travel/ health advice ,at that store, if there was any chance we may encounter this very unprofessional woman.

Took daughter for an injection, the nurse[mandy] was really friendly and professional. She made my daughter feel safe and at ease about having the injection. All in all very good would go again.

Jenny was fantastic. It was my first time getting bloods outside of my GP and I have terrible veins. I wasn’t sure what to expect but she talked me through it all, advised me on my fluid intake for my veins and was absolutely lovely.
I’ll be using this service in the future for sure!

I had occasion to use the Superdrug travel clinic on Saturday. Lisa was very knowledgeable and helpful, providing all the information required for me to make an informed decision as to which vaccinations to have for my trip. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing holiday vaccines.

Attended Superdrug Health Clinic at Birmingham Corporation Street 8/8/26 for a travel follow up. Again, great customer service from Nurse Karra. Friendly and put my partner at ease who is a bit needle phobic. If we are travelling again we will definitely recommend the Superdrug Health Clinic. So convenient and all the nurses we have been in contact with have been so knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The service was excellent. My partner and I booked a last minute consultation to get the rabies vaccine before travelling. We arrived and after speaking with our nurse, Olivia, we confirmed it was something we wanted and the first dose was given to us there and then. Olivia was very kind and thorough, we booked our remaining appointments before we left as well. I was very nervous about this but Olivia answered all of our questions and put my mind at rest.

Sat 8th August Travel Advice appointment -An Excellent appointment , good clear sound advice given by Karra Nurse at the clinic. She was very knowledgeable of area of travel and what meds were needed ,she was professional and kind. She answered all of our queries really well and gave clear written instructions on administration of tablets before and after our trip. Treatment was very cost effective from the way she worked out the tablets needed .It was a worthwhile consultation . We both feel happy to travel ,knowing we have been given excellent advice.Thank you Karra !

Very professional and helpful in choosing the right blood test

I had a very positive experience at the Superdrug Health Clinic in Wolverhampton. The staff were friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Everything was explained clearly and the service was efficient and well organised. I would definitely recommend the clinic and would use their services again.

Holiday vaccination- our local GP surgery are useless so we decided to go private and get this sorted in a quick efficient way- this is exactly what happened- got an convenient appointment quickly staff support was great as was process and aftercare advice - would recommend although some of this could have been got on the NHS this was more efficient
