There was an unfortunate delay in dispatch of the elbow crutches but they were very good when they arrived.

However, I requested information about the nature of the online security breach and whether customer account information had been exposed, but I have not received clarification.

Accidentally ordered a duplicate item, totally unable to contact you to cancel. Returned item by registered mail but heard nothing for over a month and a half about a refund.

How much will i be paid for this work please ?

Absolutely appalled at their terrible customer service in dealing with their "cyber attack". Could not contact them for a month, could not cancel the order which I no longer needed. When I finally got hold of them I was informed I would have to return the goods at my own cost as it was not their fault!
It took them 2 weeks to issue my refund which did not include the return postage. No apology, no goodwill gesture for future purchase.

Delivered today 8th April by DPD a very good parcel courier,on time and delivered to requested drop point at address. Thanks for your help with the order and will consider to order again if need to in the future.

Customer left in the dark.
I ordered an adjustable Wheeled Commode, and was given an original delivery date of 08 April. That date passed. I tried to contact yourselves to no avail. There was a message about a cyber security incident, and I thought I had been scammed. I realise that this was a big deal to your company, but it was also a big deal to me. I couldn't contact you, didn't know if it was genuine, and was in in need of a commode for my disabled mother. I eventually heard from yourselves the 24 April and given 2 possible delivery dates, the 26 or 29 April.
I later realised that I had missed a call from ' complete care shop', when I spoke to the gentleman, I explained the situation and that I had been told that I could expect a call to confirm the exact date of delivery; all the man was interested in was asking if I wanted to cancel my order. When I asked why he was asking me this, he said that was one of the questions he had to ask me!

dealing with company was fine.I returned product as it was too heavy for me to lift and handle.

I received an apology for the delay, asked if I still wanted the product, and advised of when it would be delivered.
The product was delivered on time. It was quite tricky to assemble, but once in use, it is fantastic!

Very pleased with the product, but waited four weeks for it to be delivered.

Product is fine. There was a delay in delivery but not the companies fault.

After waiting several weeks for the delivery and no delivery is was made I sent a chaser email then item delivered a few days later

Bad communication. Took a long time to deliver.

Guy turned up 90 minutes after the end of the allotted slot. Was rude and argumentative. Said both tasks were 2 Man jobs so he could not complete them! Surely the tasks were know on assignment so why did you not ensure the correct resource was provided. I also had had to spend over an hour on hold in order to arrange the visit in the first place. TERRIBLE company. AVOID if you can!!!!!!!!

Update. The company had experienced a hacking issue. As soon as they were able to get back online they sent me an email message and they replaced the faulty bag with no fuss.

I bought a rollator with a bag included in the price. The rollator has been great but the bag has fallen apart very quickly. The purchase said guaranteed for 12 months so I contacted Healthcare Pro on 8 April to ask them for a replacement bag to be supplied. They have totally ignored my email messages and it is now 23 April.
Be wary if you are considering purchasing from this company. Order number 235118

The product is only available in one size.
I am 5'8'' tall and weigh 60 kilos.
'Slim' is an accurate description.
When positioned correctly, uncomfortable folds of fabric are bunched behind the knee
They render the product UNWEARABLE.

A really useful product that was delivered promptly

I want to thank you for solving a problem which was making our life very difficult. Delivered bed with rails on time and assembly was very quick. Thanks
