Alpha Lipoic Acid has a mixture of R-ALA and S-ALA. 50/50 mixture.
R-Lipoic Acid, is the natural form of Lipoic Acid — the exact type the body makes and requires. R Lipoic is significantly more potent than Alpha Lipoic because the body “recognizes” it and “knows” how to use it.
Research indicates that not only does the human body have difficulty absorbing the unnatural (S) version; it may actually inhibit the most essential properties of natural R-Lipoic Acid. Most alpha Lipoic acid have the R form.

Order delivered by post promptly.

I've bought several orders. I'm really delighted to have found a company that produces vitamins and minerals without extra fillers and at a good price. I was prescribed vitamin D by my GP but couldn't take the ones he prescribed as they all had corn (or corn derivatives) in. Queries have always been dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. Orders are always accurate and despatched quickly. I will order again as soon as I've run out of my current batch!

Fantastic company. Efficient service.
