Very Poor Service
After initial contact I wanted to speak to their helpline.
The number given was never available. I attempted to contact them 6 times over 3 consecutive days. I then left my number to book a callback that never came. I then emailed the company and received a response to say that the office was shut down for a break for a few days and that no one was available. I then cancelled my healthcare package that I had signed up for 6 days prior. Never use them again. V poor service

Very surprised, and would recommend!
The agents were very professional and respectful. They listened to what I wanted. They were determined to find me a better policy and I thought that would be impossible. So glad I was wrong. I’m very happy they kept pushing me to allow them to do all the research for me. They did the impossible!!

Jarrod was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I’d been a customer of Medibank Private for 50 years, hence the hesitation to change providers but Jarrod found a better provider which saved me money. I’d recommend your services to anyone
