This 3 hour retreat/masterclass is very informative, empowering, and clear! Highly recommend!

I was very skeptical when I signed up for the online retreat, but Nicole was great! She really saw some things in my life that I needed to make a priority and showed me some things I needed to let go of in order to begin healing. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone as it was very eye opening and I never felt uncomfortable.

Genuine, had attended other zoom meetings but by far this meeting kept me focused the entire session.

It was a very validating, positive healing seminar. Very empowering moving forward on my journey finding my new normal! Living life with radiant health and happiness! A new beginning!

This retreat was helpful to my journey as it confirmed and clarified issues that I still need to deal with and connected those issues to the cancer diagnosis I am dealing with at this time. The next step for me is to trust that I truly can deal with these issues in a way that will make a difference.

I enjoyed working with my group and learning insights from Nicole.

Nicole is truly an expert at psycho oncology. She facilitated the meeting well, and paused when someone was having an emotional moment to acknowledge that. She understands the mind and challenges of a cancer patient. Even better, she used her own techniques to self heal from two illnesses. She is vibrant and you feel good after your encounter with her.

Excellent help in understanding the emotional side of cancer.

It’s an insightful process, conducted in a healing & supportive setting. Quite a bit to process.

By not only a group interaction and then a one-on-one, very insightful synopsis of each one's realizations.A true empath that shares her gift.

I don’t know exactly what to expect it was lovely and caring and connected. Nicole is thorough and clear and spends time with you. I felt her feedback was in alignment with my truth and helpful form me to understand my emotional root cause.

Nicole is compassion and professional. So much was accomplished in the retreat. She is knowledgeable and a great communicator. She is clearly an expert. I have been on a beautiful and challenging 10 year active cancer journey. I feel very excited for the future working with Nicole.

It was a beautiful experience I had with Nicole during the session. She is so encouraging and inspiring me to heal the physical body by balancing the emotions and mind to have peace within. This session helped a lot with eye-opening insights that the deeper roots cause sicknesses, which are then things that I thought were normal, and it doesn't damage, but they are the roots that need to be taken care of. Thank you, Nicole and your team for excellent services.

Thank you for your response. However, I disagree with your characterization of my experience.

You stated that my dissatisfaction was due to a "mismatch in philosophy, beliefs, and expectations." That is not accurate. My concerns have never been about differing beliefs or philosophies. My concerns are based on my direct experience with your company, particularly my interactions with Nicole and your team.

The issue is not that I expected miracles or instant results. The issue is that I felt misled by the representations made about your services, and when I requested a refund, as your policy states I can the professionalism, empathy, and values you promote were no longer reflected in the way I was treated.

You also state that you take communication and customer experience seriously. Yet it took approximately two years for my review to receive a response. In my view, that delay alone reflects the level of customer service I experienced.

My original review was written because of what I experienced firsthand: poor communication, a lack of accountability, and treatment that I found dismissive and disrespectful when concerns about a refund were raised.

I stand by my original review. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before spending their time and money. While your experience with the company may differ, mine was disappointing and does not align with the values and standards described in your response.

Nicole is very efficient at pointing out the emotional wounds we have and in telling us what we need to heal, I felt comfortable in the group and Nicole also manages the group setting very well

I felt heard, connected and became emotional during the retreat. It was a valuable experience and I have no problem giving 5 stars. My oncologist said my stage 4 prostate cancer will leave me between 4-8 yrs to live. My chemotherapy, hormone replacement, radiotherapy and 3 strokes(full recovery) leaves me feeling a little empty at times to say the least. I look forward to following up with Nicole.

I really enjoyed the retreat. Many issues were discussed about the causation factors of my colon cancer, and why it metastasis to my liver. Discussions on what pathways to take for healing was enlightening. I was pleased that it was spiritual driven. Nicole Ling has a gift. Her assessment of me was right on point.I am glad that I attended, I will be following up with a 1 on 1 session with her.

Nicole has demonstrated a vast amount of knowledge and intuition. The healing session was excellent, I had an incredible night’s sleep after the 3 hours I spent with Nicole. I can’t wait to do the entire program.
