I ordered several skincare items from HD Skin, including the Laneige Cream Skin Cerapeptide Refiner (50 mL). While the other products were fine, this one arrived permanently marked “NOT FOR SALE / Sample”—meaning it was never meant to be sold in the first place.

I contacted HD Skin with photo evidence, expecting a proper resolution. Instead, they insisted the item was authentic and refused to cover the return shipping costs, even though the error was theirs. After setting a deadline for response, they stopped replying and even turned off their phone.

Selling a promotional sample at full price is unethical and misleading. I’ve reported the case to the FCCPC and the brand’s global headquarters. I won’t be shopping here again, and I recommend others be cautious.

You don't respond to messages promptly, you don't have any concrete ways to make customers happy instead u speak bug English and keep it at that. You don't keep clients aware of changes in pricing or promos etc and think everyone will check ur Instagram or are checking ur Instagram.

Honestly I can go on and on, if I find a better vendor I'm switching. You don't have the awareness of selling to Nigerians

Authentic product😍 and the website is easy to use

I've been buying my K-beauty skin care from HD Skin ever since I discovered them; First because of their customer service - I only come back if I feel at ease with how a business treats its customers, and I had a pretty good first experience with them. Other factors were really how versatile their product offerings are, easy to navigate site (including saving products in cart for days++). I suppose the prices are reasoinable too (I hope you keep them steady). Finally, I feel at ease knowing that all the products I purchase are original, which is very hard and rare for many businesses to keep up with now.

I liked the personalised note that came with the package, it was cute, the two product samples that came with the package were nice too. The package took about 6 days to get to me, which was too long in my opinion, considering I live in Kaduna and the store is located in Abj

I would have loved to give you 5 stars based on the packaging but I was a bit disappointed due to the fact that I had to contact you to find out when the product was to be delivered. I assumed it would be a given once payment for products was successfully made .
