My HD Pro Pencil came broken
My HD Pro Pencil came broken. I emailed HD Brows and they asked to see a picture which I have sent twice and I have had no response whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Sometimes customer service is good…
Sometimes customer service is good sometimes the member of staff sound very rude . Earlier HD brows service was no 1 not anymore.

Ordering easy, product as expected.
Ordering easy, got what I wanted, advised order on its was however tracking was not clear, so just had to hope the parcel would arrive. Was a little slow on delivery but arrived well packaged, not damaged and quality as expected - very good.

Great products and I love the design of…
Great products and I love the design of the packaging. My only comment is that the brow glue might benefit from being a bit like the MAC product in the design of the tube.

Amazing product
Absolutely love the new HD pencil with the extra thin line. Really easy to use and can rectify if you make a mistake. Colour match is perfect. Will definitely buy this product again
