Hcalory Arvostelua 

I had 2 issues with an Hcalory diesel heater, both resolved perfectly. The power supply failed quite early on and a replacement was soon sent. Recently the blutooth module failed. As it was over 12 months since purchase, I was delighted when a replacement was quickly sent out, free of charge. All emails have been dealt with promptly and courteously. Top service!

Sadly disappointed with the output from this heater. States 5-8kw... A 3 yr old aldi 2kw ekectric fan heater produces far far more hot air then the hcalory unit. As an experiment I purchased a second heater, the cheapest one on ebay at £59.99, almost half the price of the hcalory one... Virtually identical inside to the hcalory unit and produces a similar amount of heat ( Both around 280 -300 ° f) The 13 quid Aldi electric one still produces a lot more heat then the two diesel ones are running together... In my opinion both units are producing 1 - 1.5kw, no where the stated 5-8 kw as advertised on the Internet. Buy the cheapest on, virtually identical to the more expense ones.😪

8kw Toolbox Dieselheizung war nach 3 Wochen defekt (Lüfter funktionierte nicht mehr). Rückgabe und Reparatur wurde abgelehnt bzw. es wurde Umgehung des Gewährleistungsrechts mit Preisnachlass von erst 20 %, zum Schluss 70% versucht. Einsendung von Videonachweisen vergeblich. Vollständig Geld zurückbekommen nach Einschaltung von Marktplatz Inhaber Kaufland und Hcalory entschied, dass wir das defekte Gerät behalten dürfen. Ich las die Dieselheizung würde als Gefahrengut gelten, was den Rückversand wohl unmöglich / schwierig machen würde.

Ordered 2 diesel heater air outlets, they advertise delivery Royal mail. They then send by Evri. Evri do not deliver to me. I told them streight away but they were not interested. There is no way I would buy from a seller who uses Evri. This
company hcalory are deceitful liers, yes I did get a refund through Ebay, but the company still lied about delivery. Sellers like this should be struck off selling on line.

Failed two weeks after purchase.

I emailed them. Two days later they said they'd send a new unit.

It's now 2/17 and every time I email them I get a terrible auto response saying they'll email me when they send me the replacement...

It's going to be summer by the time I get it. If I get it at all.

Will never buy another hcalory device, ever again.

They don't stand behind their products.

I had the heater 10 days and now it broken. It will not start up and filling the exhaust with unburnt diesel fuel. Know it won't start

Very poor customer service infact it's worst I've come across I never received my heater even tho they have my money they seem seem alot worse than I thought just very scammy and not very fast at returning the money I payed even tho there own delivery service has said heater in there possession as they never delivered it due to them exceeding there delivery time they gave me total waste of time as I still have no heater and it's cold and going to get colder they should be banned from selling

Ordered a diesel heater direct from Hcalory on the 6th of August, paid via PayPal, didn’t receive a confirmation email so I emailed the company and asked for it, 3 emails later they send me a confirmation email , they send me a tracking number which didn’t exist for about a week, then on the 14th I get another email that the tracking number has changed again, i was chasing Hcalory for days asking when I would get the heater, only time I got a response was In the middle of the night, there excuse was the courier had sent it to another courier , so that’s why it’s delayed , now today 20th of August I get an email stating they cannot ship the item as the courier has blocked the parcel, what a crock of you know what, I needed their heater for the 23rd for out holidays, and now I got to wait another week before I can open a case to get my money back, what a joke of a company, you can shove your heater where the sun don’t shine.

How on earth can we trust TRUST PILOT when they give three stars to a company with three terrible reviews?. I have added my 1 star just so that I can leave a review. I bought a diesel heater via Manomano and a "company" called tempsa uk. Manomano customer service were fantastic and I received a full refund. tempsa were terrible , delayed replies and seemed to conveniently not understand English. Hcalory were the same when I contacted them directly. Their products have awful translations of user manuals.
That's keeping it short!

They had advert up advertising a diesel heater, you had to prepay at the beginning of December to receive after 20th December, then you find out they are based in Hong Kong, after a couple of emails you do not get a reply. Then you get an email after Christmas stating they have no units in uk, total fraudulent set up to gain funds, do not trust.

Ordered a Diesel heater for a christmas gift, asked them for a postage update 4 days later but was ignored, Emailed them again to be told out of stock, Now trying to get refund.
Not impressed.
