Hawley Mode Arvostelua

Only reason why I bought from this company is it said it was from the Netherlands number two there was a return address for your returns or exchanges in the United States address I have a screenshot of it, but they are wanting me to return my stuff to China, which is false and will refuse to send me back my my money, awful customer service, awful business. The reason why I’m returning it is because I bought an extra large shirt and it fits my daughter as it has a size small plus it said it was a silk shirt and it was polyester false all the way around.

I would not even give one star except I needed to click something. I never received my clothes. The customer service number goes to a travel agency’s automated voice box and then disconnects. When I enter the order number or tracking number on their site it says “no orders under that number “. After several emails that I had my order information already included , I got one response asking me what the shipping address was??? I responded and again gave all the order information.. and never heard back again. So my account was charged and I have nothing in return. This may be a scam site. I would not recommend shopping here.

I recently ordered a dress. It came and was too large. I wanted to return it but I was told postage would be expensive & so they said keep the dress.

The only way I was able to leave a review to first agree that is was great. When I first clicked not so great. It would not let me go further. BUYER BE WARE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BIY FROM THIS SITE!!!

The shoes are so comfortable and the craftsmanship is great. I would recommend everyone to get a pair, they work really nicely with my wardrobe.

Easy change order process.

It's the first time ordering from this site, & I greatly appreciate the fast response. I believe I placed an order Oct. 1st, 3026.

The customer service was great. They actually responded promptly and made me feel confident about the quality of their clothing
