Excellent after care service
They took my son's hockey stick in because there was a rattle from inside. Last time this happened, it was a simple fix to take some tiny bits of carbon fibre out. However, after an hour of trying they still couldn't remove the rattle. So, they are sending the stick back to Gray's because it should still be under warranty, and they provided me with a brand new stick of the same type from Gray's, with a small payment to cover the difference in price. I think this is fabulous customer service and it ha cemented my trust in an already very trustworthy shop. Highly recommended!

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review, Rupert.
We’re really pleased we could help get the situation sorted for your son. While we always hope for a quick fix, sometimes the right solution is making sure the product goes back to the manufacturer, and we’re glad we could provide a replacement straight away so he wasn’t left without a stick.
Your trust and support means so much to us, and we truly appreciate the recommendation. We look forward to helping you both again in the future.
Excellent service

Being helpful and well-stocked is what we’re all about. Thanks for the kind words, Ross, we’re always happy to help 😊
A personal shopping experience.
They take time to find out what you need based on your level & position in your sport then recommend the best option, not necessarily the most expensive one! Always feel welcome & that I am being given a personal service, unlike some major stores where staff give the impression that you're intruding on them.

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time. Your order was for club-specific items that were on pre-order while we waited for new stock to arrive from the supplier. We’ve been working closely with the club and the supplier and had been assured that the club had communicated the expected timings to all members. We had also noted the expected delay on the website, but clearly we fell short in our communications on this occasion.
We completely understand the frustration that comes with waiting longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to get everything to you as quickly as possible.
If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at sales@hawkinsport.co.uk so we can make sure everything has been resolved to your satisfaction.
