I had an amazing experience dealing with Hats from Oz as the dress I was planning to wear to the races - arrived and was hideous and poorly made (never buying online again). I explained the situation and they went overboard to replace and refund within 3 days. Exceptional service. Have already been spreading the word to all by gf. Thanks for your feedback! Your order was placed late on Thursday, 25th September,. With Friday being a public holiday here in Melbourne, we posted it first thing Monday morning (next business day). Once it’s in Australia Post’s hands, delivery times can vary a bit, and unfortunately this delay was on their end. I ordered my red fascinator from them for my Melbourne Cup outfit, and it arrived in just a couple of days, which made me really happy!

Great company to deal with.
After receiving my fascinator from hats from Oz, I realised it was too tall. After a lovely conversation with the company, that were happy to swap for another more suitable fascinator. I was really happy that they knew I was rushed to get me the product in time. Quality was excellent. I would recommend.
