I applied for a Schengen visa through this travel agency, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. In the beginning, they made big promises and assured me that everything would be handled professionally, but the reality was completely different.
I paid them for flight tickets and other required documents, but later I found out that they had submitted fake tickets and false documents with my visa application. Because of their dishonest actions, my visa was refused. This not only caused me financial loss, but also wasted my time and damaged my trust.
On top of that, their staff is extremely unprofessional. Once they receive your payment, they barely respond to your messages or calls and completely ignore you when you need support or answers.
What was even more disappointing was that instead of accepting responsibility for their mistakes, they kept making excuses and failed to provide any proper support. Due to such irresponsible and fraudulent behavior, people’s travel plans, dreams, and future opportunities can be seriously affected.
I strongly advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with this agency. Always verify all documents yourself before submission, avoid trusting false promises, and choose only genuine and reliable visa consultants to protect yourself from scams like this.

They don't have enough knowledge of doing visa application. Very bad experience with them.

It’s really a bad experience with them. 2 times with unsuccessful result with the same mistake. They snatch your money by fake promises they will refund it. They booked fake tickets then they charged you refund amount for reserved tickets. They are scammers.

I paid money for hateem holidays to help me out with my Schengen visa for Switzerland. All the paperwork done perfectly and the appointment was booked on time. The visa was successful. The problem is they asked me to pay money for a refundable ticket from Manchester to Zurich which I paid. When my visa was out I rang them about this and they informed me they have cancelled the tickets and I should wait for the refund. It has been 2 months since they cancelled my ticket and yet no refund. The last response they gave was that the delays might have been affected by ongoing war. I told them this is not true since I had cancelled another flight and got my refund within 2 days. I went ahead and called the airline KLM with the booking reference they gave for my cancelled flights. The airline confirmed that there is no ticket booked under that reference. When I explained this to them. They never replied my message and the agent whom I was working with Owen Shaw blocked my number so when I tried to call did not get through . That means they issued me with fake flights booking and not going to refund my money. Am warning anyone who wants to use this travel agent. These people are not genuine and transparent and if you are willing to loose your money use them. Am appealing to the managers to make arrangements for my money to be refunded otherwise I will take further action

Despite collecting payment from me and assuring that the flight and hotel bookings were legitimate and refundable (after applicable cancellation charges), they submitted fake or invalid documents for both. This led to the embassy requesting a resubmission of documents, which delayed my visa approval by over a month.

What made the situation worse was their lack of accountability. I have been consistently following up with them for over two months regarding the refund for the refundable flight tickets, but they have now stopped responding entirely. The lack of communication and support has caused me significant stress and frustration.

I trusted them with an important process, and instead, I was left dealing with unnecessary delays, financial loss, and emotional distress. Due to their unprofessional and fraudulent handling of my case, I am now considering filing a police complaint against them.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging with this agency.

I strongly urge others to avoid this service entirely. Always verify that you are dealing with a transparent and trustworthy agent, or better yet, apply directly through official embassy channels to protect yourself from fraud and incompetence.

Paid to assist for Schengen visa to Belgium and later he asked extra money for tickets. Then he provided the dummy tickets which embassy has noted and l had to book another flight ticket and submitted to embassy. When l asked about it he told the flight from London to Brussels has cancelled because of US Iran war, which was the joke of the year . I collected the flight details from website and sent to him and he did not respond to that. waisted nearly 3 weeks and money for tickets purchased and the courier charges. Asked for refund but no response.

I contacted one of the staff of Hateem travels and holidays to help me process Schengen visa to Brussels. I was charged and I paid fully but was deeply disappointed the way I was ripped off. I was given a dummy air ticket to the embassy. The embassy notified me that I need to get a verifiable return ticket to process my visa. Hateem charged me £150 to flight ticket. And I was given a dummy ticket. I had to pay for another ticket directly to British Airways to process my visa. It became an Herculean task to get a refund from Hateem company. I was dribbled like a ball. The company took £30 again from the £150 claiming it was a cancellation fee. I was given a dummy ticket and yet £30 was charged as cancellation fee on a non existence ticket.
I paid since December 15th, 2025, when I realised that they are not going to refund £120 back to me, I asked for a return ticket to Paris and it took them five days before the ticket was given to me. I was given a ticket to Paris in February, 2026 after texting back and forth.
Very unprofessional act on the part of Daniel and the sales representative of Hateem.
