Hatecouture Arvostelua

He comprado varias cosas y sin problemas.

Alles in allem klasse!
Leider ist ein Print nicht ganz mittig, weshalb es von mir nur vier Sterne gibt.
Gerne wieder

Service parfait et excellente communication

Envoi rapide et soigné

Produit d'excellente qualité

Du travail de qualité, merci pour tout !

Des t-shirts au design soigné et original.

All was perfect!
Fast shipping, very nice package, very cool stickers as gifts and prints are awesome!
Highly recommended.
Thanks a lot!

Had to wait a bit but got good quality stuff plus bonus items.

Sick designs, high quality garments, always coming with stickers, custom enveloppe.

They used to be legitimate, now are just a scam site to take your money. Ordered a bunch of shirts, and never received a tracking number. Reached out multiple times through their site and never received a response. Contacted someone on Instagram, and they never followed up to investigate the missing order.
You're better off just scanning their pictures through AI and making your own shirt.

If anyone reads this before placing an order, that’s great—because that’s exactly the mistake I made: not checking reviews before buying.

Positive point:
The clothing designs are nice, and their marketing communication on Instagram is visually appealing and effective.

Negative points (and there are many):
No order tracking at all.
No response to emails.
No response to private messages on Instagram.
I had to leave comments directly under their Instagram posts just to get a reaction.

When you send them a polite and professional message, the only reply you get is a simple “hello”… and nothing else. A customer expects more than that. I had to follow up several times just to finally receive a vague response that didn’t really help. Of course, the usual excuse is: “we are just a small business.”

Sorry, but being a small business does not justify having no customer service. You can be small and still be professional.

As for the products: the quality of the t-shirts is very poor, and the fit is just as bad. The price does not match the quality at all.

Conclusion:
I do not recommend this website at all. You will get no follow-up, and if you ask for help, you clearly feel like you’re bothering them. Everything is based on nice Instagram marketing to generate orders, but behind that, there is neither customer service nor quality. It’s really disappointing.

Bad Print Quality!!!!
For that price you should do better quality.
Every shirt i get from other labels and bands are much, much better print Quality.
Never again☝️☝️☝️😤🤮🫩

They use fake paypal fishing link, total scam website
