I really enjoyed my Disney crochet and cross-stitch subscription. I had a great service from the team, especially from Sam F and they have been really helpful with any query. I now have loads of craft ideas to keep me occupied for many years to come.

I liked the crochet magazines and have almost completed the blanket. I`m very pleased with it. I had no issues at all with the magazine. It was really good. However, I am not so pleased with the dolls house. The magazine, the instructions and parts were good. Unfortunately, there were 4 issues I could not get hold of. So the house has remained unfinished. I`m disappointed. I was making it for my grand-daughter.

Great magazines for Disney crochet. I bought the first issue in the shop over a year ago to start learning crochet. I didn’t have much hope but here I am a year on and I’m excelling at crochet. Thank you Hatchette Partworks for giving me the skills, allowing me to make new friends and for giving me a purpose while my little one goes to nursery or sleeps.

I also want to give a big shout out to milly from the customer services team. Nothing is ever too much for her, she is prompt, helpful and very friendly.

I had a missing part on my lancaster bomber subscription customer service responded in less than 10 minutes saying they would send the complete issue with the missing part I have never had online customer service to this standard

Ben at Customer Service has been a real treat to deal with. Had a subscription move over from a trial basis to a full fledged run and Ben was awesome at answering all questions and managing any queries.

The review rating is for Ben H in customer service only. In regards to Hatchette Partworks its a 2.5 from me. Following on from multiple issues regarding a subscription book collection I contacted customer services. I was angry and I did explain this to Ben H, however he took my details, listened to my issues and he resolved them in a way that I actually left the phone call smiling and willing to pay a for a couple more issues to reach a "spine break" something that Ben H explained to me and something Hatchette should perhaps advise their customers of. What was unique from Ben H, was his ability to be truthful and honest in his explanations and description as to why I had encountered the issues I had whilst providing practical solutions. All the while being emphatic and understanding. Ben H was able to stand his ground in a positive way and allowed the situation to become resolved with an outcome both myself and I'm sure Hatchette are happy with. Ben H is a true asset to this company and is well placed in this role. Other customer services should take note and he should perhaps be on the training team. Thankyou Ben.

I signed up for a series of books which was advertised as being complete with 100 books. However after the 100th book they continued to take payments and send more books. Be carefully what you sign up to.

Had an issue where my card details needed to be updated, due to the website saying I had no active subscriptions I didnt want to risk starting a new subscription, so I called customer service.
Alanda was very friendly, helpful and straight to the point. She explained why the issue had happened and resolved it quickly and in a friendly manner.

I was accidentally sent two copies of the same magazine this month so I emailed hatchette and they responded more or less straight away and within a day it was sorted out and my missing magazine issue will now be sent out within 14 days and as a good will gesture I was told to keep the extra issue
