I like the Beyblade Burst Pro Series tops. However, I don't like that that they put cheaper plastic. What I suggest is that you make the beyblades with more expensive plastic. Because of that reason, I have seen that the teeth are starting to wear out quickly. For example, I have a Wizard Fafnir and the teeth get stress marks after not a long time. So if you use more expensive plastic, then your products will get better reviews it will be worth buying more. So please do this and also make more parts like D71-P or PR-23.

Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza. acquistato il monopoly serie rustica, dichiarato oggetto per collezionisti, aveva le carte visibilmente stampate storte.
L'assistenza ha negato la sostituzione semplicemente perchè "non ne compromette la giocabilità".
in poche parole se c'è qualche difetto di produzione, ti devi tenere pure i difetti estetici, se ci puoi giocare. assurdo.
non so cos'altro dire, se non che eviterò di comprare altri prodotti hasbro.

p.s. precedentemente avevo anche scritto una mail alla casella dedicata ai suggerimenti/problematiche per lamentare alcuni difetti di produzione e scelte senza senso dell'allegro chirurgo (elenco in quel caso spiegato in modo più che pacato e senza alcuna pretesa). non hanno mai risposto.

Hasbro has the most bad customer service I ever met in my life. Even the products (Star Wars lightsaber) are still in production they are unable to sell spare parts. I only can recommend NOT to buy anything from this company.

Honestly Hasbro is one of the titans of the toy world, and yet so overrated. I mean they have at least 200 different Monopoly when we only need 100 or so. Not to mention they made a feminist version of the game. And most of the board games they make now are mediocre at best. Not to mention they have absolutely milked the Nerf blaster line having to release a line of them with the whole gimmick being that there are cheap just to keep up with competion from third partyers.

I played many many hasbro games and I was always happy with them.
The quality of the games was great.

I am in need of 2 of the Mr. MINT cards that are part of the Candy Land game. My game is about 30 years old. Customer service told me they only have a 1 year warranty for parts. I offered to pay, same story. Ok send a full deck of the cards and I will pay, same answer. Felt I was talking to David the robot. I can't imagine that my request is an impossibility. The game is still being manufactured. Maybe the issue is where it is manufactured that makes helping a long time customer on a simple request so difficult. I wonder if my game was under a year if the same issue would exist? Let's see if anyone responds and if they can send me out the 2 cards...hmmm

Received a Mr Frosty which has been licensed and sold by a company called Flairgp toys. Their number is not in service for complaints and they aren’t answering their emails. Hasbro shouldn’t license their name to companies that don’t have functional customer services. There is no way for me to resolve the issue of missing parts as this was a gift.

Bought their clue board game and it was missing pieces and cards.....after it happened I looked up info just to make sure.....many people had the same problem. They are a scamming company and send out games without checks or are put out purely to scam people. Returning to the store for a refund. Walmart had this.

Monopoly: disney villains edition is so colorful! The playing pieces are good size. Not z cheap throw together game. Cards are good heavy weightt paper. Money is cardboard coins. Game can be fast pace so you don't get tired of playing.

Star Wars Black Series Lichtschwert Kit Fisto Force FX-
Das Lichtschwert hat einen Wackelkontakt und schaltet sich nach wenigen Sekunden aus. Meiner Meinung nach ein Herstellerfehler, habe auch andere Bewertungen gefunden mit der gleichen Fehlerbeschreibung. Hasbro teilt nur mit, da es sich um eine Sonderedition handelt und das der Verkäufer zur Garantieleistung verpflichtet ist. Leider habe ich den Fehler gemacht und den Wackelkontakt erst nach ca. drei Wochen gemeldet, da dieser sich nach Gebrauch des Lichtschwertes verstärkt hatte und nun das Schwert sofort nach einschalten wieder ausgeht. Ich sollte das Schwert zurück schicken zum Verkäufer eliveshop. Nach 2 Wochen bekam ich die Antwort, dass er auch nichts machen könne und sich das Batteriefach nicht öffnen lässt! Und eliveshop hat es mir einfach wieder zurück geschickt. Nun habe ich für 200 ,- € ein Lichtschwert mit Wackelkontakt, ok mein Fehler, da ich es nicht umgehend beanstandet habe, aber jetzt lässt sich noch nicht mal mehr das Batteriefach öffnen, was zuhause noch tadellos funktionierte. Er sagt es läge an unserem unsachgemäßen Gebrauch und er hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet.Kein Geld zurück oder Entgegenkommen weder von Hasbro, denen der Fehler ja bekannt sein müsste. Keine Reparatur möglich seitens Hasbro, kein Ersatz. Keine Rückmeldung. Von Kulanz keine Spur. Schlechter Kundenservice sowohl von Hasbro also auch vom Händler eliveshop. Ich bin enttäuscht.

Hasbro manages to ruin every franchise they own for short term profit. Just look at WotC and MtG. An absolute disgrace of a company and the people in charge are nothing but ignorant and incompetent. To hell with them!

I mostly focus on when the next-gen NERF blasters come out.

Currently, my favorite blaster is the Regulator
