Haryali London Arvostelua 

I have bought my safety razor, shaving brush and shaving brush and razor stand all from Haryali. All the items have turned out to be of a very good quality for the price. My razor gives me great shaves for a fraction of the price of other fancy and overpriced "high end" razors. One thing I would love is to get an email confirmation when my order is dispatched; I bought the stand directly from the Haryali website and I got an email saying that my order was getting ready to be shipped and that I would be notified when it had been sent, but I was never notified.

Quality product.

It delivered very fast and it was the one I was looking for.

Regarding my 1 star review on 21 December and your reply on 22 December stating that you would replace the razor if I removed the negative review and let you know the order number so as you could provide a replacement.
I emailed you with my order number on 22 December and said that I would remove the negative review as requested upon receipt of the replacement razor.
To date, you have not replied to my email and I still have not recieved a replacement razor.

You say you have contacted me via email and that I am not replying. You have categorically NOT contacted me regarding this. I sent you my email as requested so as you could resolve the issue after saying you would replace the razor. I have had one generic marketing email form you, but absolutely NO email about replacing the razor.

Razor broke after 9 months and it was only used 4 days a week. Emailed to ask if they would replace it and was told they only give a 3 month warranty; their website states 180 days. Yes it was 9 months old, but who doesn't give a 12 month warranty these days? They obviously don't have any faith in the quality of their products.

Unknown company to me. So having taken the chance by buying from you I was delighted to get a beautifully presented purchase. Thank you

I chose this stand because it looked beautiful and stylish in the photos. I haven't used the soap yet, so I can't make a comment about it. The razor, the brush and the bowl are good, but I found the stand to be unstable. It wobbles as I put and pick up the shaving brush and razor. I expected it to be more balanced. I did not like the material used on the sole. A material similar to styrofoam is used on its base. It looks both cheap and flimsy. I'm disappointed. My only consolation is that I bought it at a discount.

The razor handle I ordered was fine, although I thought it’d be a little heavier, but still good.

The problem was the process, I ordered on the 16th of the month, and until the 24th, I haven’t heard anything back. I sent two emails, in an attempt to reach someone, and get any update on when will my order be shipped. I also sent another email to confirm my apartment number, I didn’t get any response!!!

But I finally received the item on the 27 of the month.

Came in great condition, came in very good time. only issue is it did not tell me when package was shipped, but came within a few days after ordering

Free delivery and the prices are right they delivered quite quick

Website was easy to use and the pair of scissors I ordered were delivered very quickly

The only negative is that the comb that came with the scissors was a lot, lot smaller than I was expecting, almost like a novelty one that you’d find in a Christmas cracker

Only part of my order has been dispatched. I ordered 2 nail file sets. only one has been sent

The items are high quality, and I am sure I will order again, but beware.....shipping will be very long and you will receive invalid excuses. Ordered item on 10/21 and received a tracking number. a week later it still showed item not received by USPS. when inquired I was told was caught up in sorting facility. 9 days after purchase it started tracking. Received package dated 10/28. which means the post office did not receive it until 10/28. If they didn't have it in stock at the time, they should have just told me upfront. I would have been okay with the wait, but don't feed me excuses.

There was no email about sending the order. The WhatsApp support service does not work at all. Your employee wrote to me that he would check where my product is and disappeared. I sent several emails to find out if my order was sent, but I never received a response. Delivery within 4 days does not work. I won't order from your store anymore.
