It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order and haven’t received it or any information on my package or where it’s at or any way to track it

Happy with my cut throat straight blade nicely hand crafted and gives you a clean shave would recommend any one to get one will be ordering from here again

The product I have ordered has not arrived despite e mails coming from Haryali asking if I enjoy my product and asking for a review, here is my review. I have tried to ring - no reply, I have e mailed - no reply, I shall now attempt to obtain a credit through PayPal.

Se si potesse dare ZERO, lo farei sicuramente. Non comprate nulla da questa ditta. Non solo non mi è arrivato l'ordine che avevo effettuato e che è anche costato abbastanza, ma NON RISPONDONO nemmeno alle mail. PESSIMI SOTTO OGNI PROFILO.

I love the product, but support is non existent. Before I bought a cartridge shaver handle, I sent support a question just to verify it would fit my blades. To this date I have not heard. I went ahead an ordered it assuming it would work and if not I will return it. It would have been nice to get a yes or no response.

Didn’t receive item because it was incorrectly addressed. Didn’t respond to emails.

I have received two reminders by email to give my opinion, but I haven’t received my order. It’s been 2 weeks and my order hasn’t been even collected by transporter … it was a gift for a special occasion and now it is too late. No news about my order, it’s getting suspicious, I’m beginning to hope it wasn’t a scam and I eventually will receive my order.

I think this company is a SCAM and not legitimate. Placed an order on Feb 8th, showed it ships from a location in the US and label was created. No further communication and they do not respond to questions. Had to call CC to contest the charges. even tried call London #, no answer or response. STAY AWAY FROM HARYALI they are a scam web site
