Disappointing delivery service
Stayed in all day for the expected delivery which never came, despite phoning the store several times to enquire about it.
Was told the driver left a delivery note but that wasn't the case!
Rearranged the delivery for the following week which went smoothly the second time.

Great Customer Service
I called concerning a broken fridge, and Nathan Cosgrove answered. Despite the fridge no longer being under warranty, he went above and beyond to help me. Genuinely charming and extremely knowledgeable.

We waited 3 weeks to get the items we…
We waited 3 weeks to get the items we paid for, we had to call twice to the store 30 miles round trip each time and then the gas hob was faulty. The store manager said we would have to bring bach the faulty one before he would get another one delivered. The gas fitter wanted to charge 200 Euro until we complained then 150 Euro. We had a really bad experience and await yer compensation proposal before we bring our experience to the attention of the public. We can backup all this

Great service. Received a text message the day before and on the morning of the delivery, plus a call an hour in advance from the delivery driver. They delivered the order and removed the old appliance without delay.
