Harvey Norman Ireland - Little Island Arvostelua 

Went to 3 locations (Kinsale Rd Little Island both sites) 5 times to eventually get a different set than what was not ordered. “Organised Chaos” is probably unfair to harsh on the word chaos. But it was chaotic and seemed like nobody never mind the online system we’re talking to each other.
Not good enough at all.

A great little speaker from Sony. Very happy with the product, and a shout out to Andrew for great service in the Little Island Branch.

Ordered the tablet online the night before & was able to collect next day

Went to shop this afternoon to pick up my order , only got fit bit and tablet wasn’t there even though order was complete and ready to pick up since Saturday, waiting for my refund but still hasn’t get any email confirmation that it’s been issued

Ordered a phone online and collected following day. Great service and great price.

Bought a printer using click & collect. I went to the store to collect it about an hour after receiving the confirmation email. At the store I went to the computer/printer section, showed an employee the order details and he immediately went to the storage area to retrieve it. I got my printer and signed for it before leaving. The entire process was very efficient and smooth. Though the store was busy the employee was very courageous and helpful. Overall I’m very happy with my shopping experience.

Ordered an item to be transferred to the Littleisland store. After waiting 15 mins on the day of collection, I was informed I would have to go around the back to collect, no directions given but eventually found the stores only to be told that it wasn't in the store but at their Littleisland warehouse. Another 15 mins finding it as it was now the start of rush hour, got to the warehouse office, to be told they finish at 4.30, it was now 5. If it wasn't for the patience and kindness of manager Jennifer, Jill and team it would have been a 1 star as they not only stayed on to help but also got the item that I ordered. The lack of clarity from the confirmation email and the lack of communication within the store itself, won't have me rushing back.

The order comes to me quick and got picked up the same date, delivered the next day. I have questions about updates the iPhone, the stores helps me out on this. But they also accept refund if I’m happy with the result. End up I happily kept my phone. I’m really happy with my purchase experience in Harvey Norman.

I am utterly dissatisfied with the service I received from the Harvey Norman’s delivery and installation team. I paid an additional fee for them to not only deliver but also install a new dryer I purchased. When the team arrived , they attempted to fit the dryer twice before claiming that it wouldn’t fit and that I would need to dismantle the surrounding cupboard for it to work. This made absolutely no sense - I had carefully measured the space beforehand and the dryer’s dimensions were fully compatible. They then proceeded to take out their own measuring tapes and tried convince me that the space was too small. Frankly I felt as though they were taking advantage of me because I’m a woman , assuming I wouldn’t question their “measurements”. There were three of them, and instead of resolving the issue or fulfilling the installation, they simply left the dryer uninstalled. After they left , it just took me and one friend to fit the dryer securely into the exact same space - proving that their assessment and effort were completely inadequate.
I strongly urge anyone considering paying for Harvey Norman’s installation service to think twice. It was a very disappointing experience.

I bought Samsung galaxy z flip 6 online in Little Island in Cork,on September 24,and I still haven't received the phone,I called yesterday and I was kept on hold for transfer ot phone department for more than 20 minutes, and no response, I have to cancel and called back before I was able to speak to someone, and after giving my order number, I was told he would have to send email to dpd,and get back to me, I placed a call this afternoon and I was told they are waiting to hear from dpd, I am very disappointed

It was my first time shopping online with Harvey Norman and it was easy and quick with quick delivery.The team is great and I always enjoy going to the Little Island branch.
