I purchased an LG 48" Smart tv from Harvey Norman in Carrickmines last week. The salesman Conor D was so efficient and very pleasant and friendly. His knowledge of the different models made it very easy for me to choose a suitable unit. Im delighted with my new purchase. Mary

Excellent sales, delivery, installation

The driver was the rudest person I ever experienced. He rang at 7am saying he would deliver around 10 or 10.30am. I then received an aggressive phonecall at 2.30pm accusing me of not being there to accept the delivery. This service is a disgrace and as a consequence I cannot recommend shopping in Harvey Norman.

I was contacted by phone on the day of delivery to confirm the arrival time. The delivery was completed promptly, the gentlemen hadled the sofa with great care while carrying it upstairs. They were efficient and orofessional.

Every time somebody asks me where to buy something like a TV, appliances, etc. I always say Harvey Norman. They have a customer for life. Never had a problem bringing appliances up the stairs, replacing/fixing good.
They fix problem and keep customers. They don't become another problem, they fix the problems. Best customer service by far.

Collected an online order for a phone. Standing waiting to be served after getting my receipt from main desk. Two staff members chatting to another customer, after a few minutes I asked for help as no need for 2 staff helping one person. Was told to ask someone else. Very rude and very unprofessional. Had to go back to desk to ask for assistance which I got and staff there were brilliant. Would put me off using click and collect again. This was the carrickmines branch.

I have purchased Nintendo 2 bundle for my son birthday which he was also saving for. We had issue with the Mario Kart world coupon which wasn’t working. Went to shop and been told to contact Nintendo for support and if it won’t be solved they will replace it with Nintendo vouchers. From Saturday until Tuesday I didn’t receive any answer from Nintendo and my son wasn’t happy at all. Tuesday afternoon Manager rang and after checking few things on Nintendo he offered to replace the game coupon with Nintendo voucher so I could purchase game from Nintendo store. My son was delighted and I have to say I was relieved that I don’t have to pay extra for new game.
Absolutely amazing customer service , could not thank enough Manager Greg for his help.
We will definitely shop there again.

I showed my details at the checkout/click and collect desk to a guy, he was pretty rude telling me "go down to the tv section" and turned away to finish his conversation with his colleague. The lad i dealt with in the tv section that got me product was very pleasant and friendly. You might need to have a look who you have front of shop.

Been a HarveyNorman customer for a while and this is my first big disappointment. Ordered bed + mattress as they had quick delivery of approximately 2 months and needed a bed quick (sleeping on the floor is not ideal).
No contact for 2 months and when calling, they stated the new delivery estimation is another 3 months. Lack of professionalism as most likely they knew about the delays before the 2 months mark but chose to not contact us. Canceled order and started looking elsewhere. Guess will sleep on the floor for a while thanks to HN delays and lack of proactive notification.

Kept updated as to what date an time they would be here. Arrived on time and set it all up. Took all the packaging away also which helps

The men phoned as planned and arrived within the time frame they gave us. They managed to manoeuvre the fridge freezer into the apartment without any significant difficulty. The old fridge freezer was removed with ease and taken away. Because the installation was more straightforward than expected, a €30 refund has been promised.
