Was kept up to date with progress and advised of any delays. Harvey Baker solicitors were brilliant to work with throughout of house purchase. They were exceptionally organised, efficient and good at communicating throughout. The conveyancing app they use allows you to track the progress of the sale, upload documents, communicate etc… extremely easily which made the sale process less stressful. No one in my family had a clue about writing a will as we'd never done one before but Jonathan made the entire process easy and stress free. He explained every step and what he needed from us and when we needed assistance or had questions that needed answering, Jonathan would give us a very quick response via email or make himself available for a telephone call there and then.
