Commande parfaite chez Hartford …

J’aime la marque Hartford pour la qualité des produits, les coupes, les tissus et le style intemporel.
J’ai passé une commande avec 5 articles que j’ai reçu rapidement, à la réception de cette dernière, un article n’avait pas la couleur que j’espérais, je l’ai donc renvoyé. Tout était parfaitement emballé et produit de qualité.
J’ai été remboursé à la réception de l’article renvoyé une semaine plus tard

I have been a longtime fan of Hartford UNTIL NOW.

I have been a longtime fan of Hartford, but a recent experience has changed that.

I ordered pants in a size 54 that were clearly mislabeled. What should have been a simple return became a prolonged negotiation. I was repeatedly asked for additional photographs, measurements, and information, all while trying to obtain the most basic resolution: a refund and complimentary return shipping for incorrectly marked merchandise.

I have closed major deals in Hollywood with greater ease than it took to return these pants. The level of customer service was simply unacceptable for a brand of Hartford’s reputation.

Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I will no longer be shopping with Hartford.

Thank you for your feedback.

We are sincerely sorry that your customer experience did not meet your expectations.

When you contacted our customer care, we requested photos and measurements to help us determine if the item received was mislabeled.

Once we received the requested measurements, we confirmed that the trousers matched the measurements provided by our production team. However, we also noted a significant difference compared with another pair you own in the same size. We understand how frustrating this must have been and, as we were unable to offer you a suitable alternative, we ultimately arranged a full refund, including the return shipping costs.
We sincerely regret that the handling of this matter left you with such a negative impression of Hartford.

We hope that our final resolution demonstrated our willingness to find a satisfactory solution.

The fits are perfect

The fits are perfect, I like the Hartford style and the returnprocedure is correct although it takes a while as products have to be returned to France
