Excellent service! I contacted them by email on Friday to check that they did not only sell to the trade. Within two hours I had a reply and placed an order that afternoon. The goods which arrived today (Tuesday) are lovely and were well packaged The website is user friendly and communication with the company has been excellent.
It has been a pleasure to do business with this company and I would highly recommend them.

Really great towels!! Delivery was super fast & items arrived in quality condition. I have used the DuoTouch towels for the first time and they have left no oil stains & came out of the wash with the same fabric softness as they went in! Thank you I will definitely be back!

Excellent Experience & Product
A great experience from start to finish! Professional & polite at all times.
Lovely quality item speedily delivered with plenty of updates about the progress of my order.
I have used my bathrobe already for my visit to the spa/swimming and it is perfect - I had someone compliment how nice it is.
My only problem now is that my partner has his eye on it, so I imagine I will be ordering another!
