Great experience overall. Communication between us and the estate agent (Whittlesey office) was good keeping us informed throughout. They took care of all viewings for us and generated lots of interest which helped us to achieve a quick sale. We would and have recommended using Harrison Rose estate agents in Whittlesey.

I had very helpful service from Spalding office and Sonya kept me very informed of progress. Simon sold the property quickly and it all went very smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

Avoid Harrison Rose! Misleading contract with a sole agency clause which tied us in for 4 months and which they were not prepared to remove once the property was off the market. Service was slow and unprofessional — poor photos, incorrect listing details (wrong location, missing “detached bungalow” tag), and repeated requests to fix them were ignored. They wasted our time with viewers who were not in any position to buy, then became rude and aggressive when we tried to withdraw. We have now referred the matter to the Property Ombudsman. Completely unacceptable experience.

Where to start completely unprofessional estate agent, when you have to do 90% of your own viewings to sell your property because they just can't be bothered, constantly chasing for any feedback on viewings, by month two was regretting signing up to a six month minimum contract. When talking to other estate agents was advised not to go with them advice for any sellers do your homework before even contemplating signing up to them.

As long as this agent gets his 10 properties sold stuff those that take a little bit of work to sell. Stuck in sole agency for 24 weeks. So months wasted as absolutely no viewings. After all the, I am the best don’t go anywhere else we are bitterly disappointed

This is what happened to me when trying to purchase a property with Harrison rose, I wrote them the email below.
Just to make you aware a flat in my block has just let for 800 a month and only advertised for a week. In the same very good condition as mine. I would just like to say that if I was told from the beginning the vendor wanted to see what the market would give him, I would not have had a problem as I would expect them to get the best price for their property. I offered full asking price, and was the first viewer, But three members of staff, one being the owner told me I just needed to be qualified as a good buyer and my offer was accepted from Thursday morning, And at nearly 6 pm on Friday evening, after I had been fobbed off three times during the day, then to tell me my offer was not good enough because the buyer of my property was an investor who was buying to let and could pull out at any time, and if it was a first time buyer my offer would be accepted is dishonest and quite frankly unprofessional. I hope you treat prospective buyers better in the future as it will not alway be a sellers market. Though I don’t suppose you care.
