Harrison Clarke Ltd were extremely helpful when calling to discuss survey options. They managed to organise a Stage 2 survey promptly and the full report was received within 24 hours. On top of this, we called the Surveyor Paul to discuss the report and he was extremely helpful and put our minds at rest. Excellent service, we would highly recommend this company.

I was pleased that we had Tim do our survey as he noticed a serious crack in the floor at the back of the garage which we did not notice until after going ahead with our offer. So we used this as a leverage to get a reasonable reduction on the property price, hence he saved us quite a bit of money the the final agreed offer.

This is the 4th time I have used Tim Clarke of HarrisonClarke to carry out a Level 3 Survey on a property for me. As always he was incredibly helpful and prompt in carrying out the survey, and the report was very detailed and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the purchase. No query was a bother, despite my relatively small project compared to some of the bigger projects they deal with, also my being in a different city! We were not informed by our Architect about needing to arrange a party wall agreement and also needed to get a crack in our neighbours wall document. I thought we would have to delay the building project due to this but we were given terrific support from Harrison Clarke who went above and beyond to turn this all around so quickly.
They were so friendly and helpful , I couldn’t recommend them high enough.

Initially recommended by my solicitor. A survey was performed promptly, the arrangement of which helped, in part, by a couple of fortuitous factors. Tim provided help in selecting an appropriate level of survey which was detailed enough for me to gain, what I can consider, to be a thorough understanding of important and less important factors.

The information was comprehensive down to possible decorating issues.
