Love that I can try on the clothing and order different sizes before I have to pay. Returning goods and waiting for refunds can take up to ten days. This service is perfect

I love this new service called Try before you buy. You don’t have any money taken from your credit card until you decide what items you want to keep. So no waiting for refunds to be made to your card. Excellent service.

Looks like I’m one of few who got an item less then requested that’s ok no bothers. Ordered more in stock & gets email my items have not arrived from Nadine Merabi! I’ve gone on line all in stock and ordered direct.
The approach when I said I’d order directly was thank you not interested in reasons etc. very disappointed as I wanted to try dress but was told to close one curtain no one will see me from the other I WAS NOT impressed. Very disappointed with Bal & Harper… Balbwas so distracted that day I’m not surprised it’s let to cancelling . I’ll touch base directly with Nadine Merabi

I love this service as it’s efficient
I love this service as it’s efficient, allows me to compare different styles and sizes but also I’m not paying out a large amount before I buy and it’s great to try on clothes at home. Jane who came out today was delightful and helpful so all in all 10/10.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Hand delivered, Sandra pinned the dress for alterations and took it back. Tailoring very reasonably priced and received it back within a week! Would highly recommend!

I was sceptical as to how good this…
I was sceptical as to how good this service would be if I'm honest but also desperate to give it a try. It went beyond my expectations! Unfortunately neither outfit worked for me as I'm between sizings but the returns was effortless and I was kept in the loop via my text and email every step of the way. Five star service for sure!

Will use again without diubt
This is the first time I’d used the Try before you buy service so I was a little apprehensive but needn’t have been. Garment arrived promptly, reminder emails were great I knew exactly when my try period started, finished and when payment would be taken. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

It was a good experience, used once before so decided to try again. But (possibly) my fault, didn't get the order number or when returning item, the code. I would use again

Superb service and idea
Superb service and idea . The ability to buy what you want in various sizes without spending a penny is a game changer. Had approximately £1200 worth of clothes shipped. Kept what I wanted them sent the rest back ( has to be in the 5 day period ) was so easy . It’s great not to wait for refunds, they just charge you for what you kept .
