try before buy is the best way to buy clothes

The stylist who visited, Anita, was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. She gave really good advice about the two sizes of jacket I ordered: having me try each size on with different tops underneath, and explaining why one size was a better fit than the other. She also encouraged me to try the jacket with other pieces in my wardrobe so that I would get more wear out of it. I was truly grateful for Anita's advice and will definitely be using Harper Concierge again!

I would absolutely recommend Harper try before you buy! I have been a customer of Me+Em for a while and this is a game changer as I can try styles and different sizes without laying out an advance payment and don’t have to wait for a refund as you only pay for what you keep!!
It works well for me and probably Me+Em , as I buy more now with this opportunity and I’m guessing other people do too!

I really enjoyed using the service the fact that I can try on the clothes in my comfort made my experience really wonderful. The communication was great and friendly people I really enjoyed shopping because of them.

Great experience with Harper try before you buy and Me+Em. It meant I was able to buy multiple sizes of high ticket items without worrying about the credit card spend as you only pay for what you keep. Transaction worked perfectly and will use in future.

An excellent set up with Mint Velvet & Harper. It’s like visiting a store, try on & if it fits you buy.
It enables you to order as many pieces since you only pay for what you keep. No long wait or having to chase for refunds.

My parcel came the next day and the items were beautiful ly wrapped in tissue paper. This service is an excellent way to try on expensive items first, with no outlay and pressure to buy. I would not have ordered the clothing without this service.

This was an excellent service. Being able to order a few items and only pay for what you kept was great. Not having to keep track of a refund was also a plus.

Loved the ‘try before you buy’ service from mint velvet , having just spent nearly £600 with Karen Milen and Debenhams and still waiting for the money back, try before you buy is such a gift. I don’t need to worry about whether the money is coming back, whether the product got back to them brilliant, will do it again.

Wonderful idea and great service. Good communication throughout. Makes online buying for higher value items much easier eg because you can buy different sizes and not have a lag on refunds which cross over a credit card statement date. Would recommend

I thoroughly recommend the ‘Try before you Buy’ as it feels like you’re shopping on the high street just at home.
Loved this way of shopping and although I didn’t keep the item the return was quick and seamless

I’ve now used the Try Before You Buy service twice, once with ME+EM and once with Mint Velvet, and I genuinely think it’s brilliant.

These brands make beautiful clothes, but they are expensive. It isn’t always realistic to order several pieces at once, have the full amount taken from your bank account, then wait for refunds on anything you return.

Try Before You Buy changes that completely. It gives you the freedom to order more options, try everything properly at home, work out what suits you, and only pay for what you decide to keep.

For me, it makes higher-priced brands feel far more accessible. A lot of women would love to shop from brands like these, but simply don’t have hundreds or thousands of pounds available to be temporarily tied up while they decide what works.

It makes the whole shopping experience feel more inclusive, practical and fair. I’ve been really impressed with it.

Try before you buy enabled me to try multiple sizes and styles just as if I was shopping; my money stayed in the bank!

Really easy and so much better than having to pay and then wait for refunds. Using the InPost option made it even easier and quicker. I will definitely use this service again I had no issues at all.
