I ordered a jacket with supposedly a free gold necklace with every purchase. There was no necklace. Jacket is ok but not worth the money even with a what they claim is a 40% discount. I assumed it was an Australian based company based on website but when I received an international transaction fee I was disgusted. They claimed to have over 5,000 4.7/5 reviews but you can't read them. That should have been the red flag! They send shipping updates to make you think it's arriving when in actual fact the product hasn't moved for over a week. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM.

This site is a scam! Do not buy from Harpers Boutique. They falsely advertise that garments are a breathable cotton linen blend when in fact its stinky polyester crap! And the design is nothing like what is advertised either. I thought I was purchasing my items from a boutique in Sydney. I was so disappointed when I received a package from China. Getting a refund is difficult. I'm claiming through my credit card insurance. Harpers will ask that you post the items to China via tracking for a refund, however, only once they receive the items they will provide a refund. There is no guarantee that they will actually confirm receipt of the items. I offered to pay return post to a Sydney address and they won't accept that. THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
UPDATE: After almost 2 months,Visa reversed the transaction & I received my money back. Please lodge a transaction dispute with your credit card company. I did not receive the product that was advertised...it was definitely not a change of mind. HB soon offered a 60% refund which I rightfully refused. I cannot wear the Kaftan dresses. They are for the rubbish bin!

I brought an item from here before looking at the reviews, so stupid me please. Do Not order from this company. It is a complete scan. The website looks beautiful and the clothes look beautiful, but there are anything, but it’s misleading the material is horrible making of the clothing is horrible. Everything about the clothing I bought is horrible. Do Not do not do not order from and get a refund is really hard, and I will only give me 50% back or I pay $30 to send it back. I’m not even going to donate this. I’m going to use it as rags.

Terrible. I ordered two necklaces. Took weeks to arrive and then when I opened the package I was shocked to find what was sold a a beautiful pearl necklace was absolute trash made of plastic and not worth wearing. Fear I have benn scammed. Please don’t bother with this company

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Harper’s Boutique. They advertise themselves as a local Sydney company, which leads you to believe you are supporting an Australian business with straightforward local service. However, that is far from the reality.
Misleading Location: While they claim to be based in Sydney, products ship directly from overseas, and any return must be sent back to China at the customer's expense.
Return Costs: Shipping an item back to China costs almost as much as the product itself, making returns practically impossible.
Product Quality: The fabric feels cheap and thin compared to the photos on their website.
This feels like a standard drop-shipping operation disguised as a local Australian boutique. Be aware of the return policy before ordering.

Sizing is unreliable, fabric look and quality is not as depicted on the website, and the way fabric is cut means the finished product doesn't show patterns as depicted on the website. Extremely disappointing and return policy makes it too expensive to return products.

SCAM ALERT: I ordered two tailored suits and received the worst product I’ve ever seen. That’s how they scam you. False Advertising. They advertise 30 day returns and have a Sydney address on the site but the warehouse is in China and costs over $100 to return PLUS they have a two page return policy to make sure it’s too hard to return such as item numbers but my clothing came with no tags or item numbers. Do not order from here, you’ll lose your money and end up with awful clothing that you’ll donate to charity.

Shocking product! False Advertising! Advertise 30 day returns! Say they are Sydney based but their warehouse is in China. Takes forever to arrive. The return cost is more than the goods. NOT true to size. Product is not what it looks like on website. I would Never Order from this site again just donated $200. NOT HAPPY!

I purchased a coat advertised as wool and shown as a high-quality camel-coloured coat. What I received was completely different in colour, material and quality. The material feels and looks like cheap synthetic fabric and does not resemble the wool coat advertised.

I requested a full refund, but the company offered only 20–30% if I kept the item. They required me to return it to China for a full refund.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. Please check independent reviews carefully before buying from this company.

Sold me a leather jacket that was on sale 139.95 down from 280.00. It arrives, it 100 per polyurethane (vinyl plastic) does not have the label anywhere on it that appears in the photo and after investigating it myself, found the exact jacket on shein for 65 dollars advertised for what it was, faux leather not leather. The seller has sent me a fraudulent tracking number that is still pending in au post app, even after the parcel has now been delivered with a different tracking number attached. The seller is dishonest, is dropshipping the items from Shein for sure and this is being reported to the relevant organisations, scam watch and evidence provided to my bank that this is a scam. Dont bother buying from here

Avoid this company at all costs.
The jacket I received looked nothing like the one advertised. The photos and description are completely misleading, and what arrived was cheap, poorly made, and nowhere near worth the money.
The biggest issue came when I tried to return it. The company gives the impression it’s based somewhere else, but when you request a return, you’re given an address in China that I could not verify and appeared to be invalid. It feels like the return process is deliberately designed to make refunds as difficult as possible.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. In my experience, the advertising was misleading, the customer service was unhelpful, and the return process was a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that stands behind its products.

Customer service was prompt and helpful at first. I bought a pair of boots that took a while to come. They didn’t fit, couldn’t do up the zipper. Requested a refund, it went on forever! They first offered me a 10% refund and keep the boots. Said no. Offered me 20% refund and keep the boots. Said no, want full refund. Had to pay >$30 postage to send boots back to Chinese address. Then was told they were stuck in Customs in China and wouldn’t be released until fees and charges were paid by me??? PayPal ended up getting me a full refund. Do not buy from this shonky company.

Don’t be mistaken for Harper Boutique & Co, the store I’m reviewing is based in Hong Kong, they are misleading to the point that they state they’re head office is in Amsterdam, I made the mistake of trusting the locations and after making my purchase and waiting longer than it would generally take to receive parcels from Sydney to Victoria, I became suspicious. There are no physical stores either in Sydney NSW, or Amsterdam, the phone number attached isn’t in operation and when you ask via email about your item, they give you the same response every time. I was fooled by the website, it looks legitimate and reading the address details I was ok with the time my package would get to me, however, it’s about a month before you receive the item and once you do you will be utterly disappointed, the quality is a disgrace and the item is NOTHING like the advertised product. They steal other businesses photos of items and claim them as their own. Because of the misleading content I contacted my bank and the ACCC because it states that the site is a scam. Please always read reviews, check ABN numbers and always call if you can, scammers are getting way too good at what they're doing, by checking it saves a whole lot of stress.

The jumper that I received was not the same as the one in the advertisement! It was of a poorer quality than advertised! I was originally only offered 20% refund but they finally increased it to 30% and told me if I wanted the full amount I had to pay for its postage to the warehouse in China!
