I feel really gullible! I always try to be vigilant when ordering from sites I've not ordered from before. I truly believed this was a shop in London. Ordered on 11th Jan, order ref doesn't work in their tracking system, 3 chaser emails sent with no response. I imagine I can wave goodbye to my money and I don't expect my goods to arrive as I've now been waiting over a month. I'm going to highlight this via my online banking transaction but I don't think they'll be able to do anything to recover my payment.

Order #2211 19/01/26 ordered through Harper and Rue contracted by another company also called Vera and Violet. Upon research the company has many shop fronts but none in London. FB reviews are blocked. Even my review on here was denied. I am not alone in receiving o response and no goods. The return policy is also a sham it is not 30 days it is if they allow a return they will send you label details and the return is up to you.

I can't yet comment upon my goods and their quality as none have been received! I have emailed again with no reply just like the other comments.

A scan, money taken, no delivery, link to tracking inoperative, says page won’t open and a likely scam.

I am yet another victim of the Harper and Rue scam company. Order placed, money taken, no product and no evidence of it being collected ! Will not cancel or refund.
Now that I look at the picture of the jumper I ordered, it looks like a simulated photo! Taken in by the clever marketing name, the thought it was a boutique in London, and pricing that suggested it was NOT Chinese! Feel very foolish.

Ordered from so called London site on 14th January still no site and refusal for refund as they say shipped . Scam !! Do not buy !

This is definitely a scam when it takes you to the website the company is based in London with a completely different name do not buy from this website

As with all the other reviews I ordered on 18th Jan expecting delivery from London found out yesterday coming from China -still not shipped but according to them they are happy with how my order is progressing!!
They are also trading as Violet & Vera AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Well they don’t tell the truth. They purport to be and English Company and yet all of their goods are made in China but they do not state this.
Delivery supposed to be in 7-14 days as yet 20 days later no goods but lots of excuses.

Don’t believe a word they say I expect you can get the same stuff at Temu at a fraction of the cost and at least it will arrive

My product never arrived and they don't answer e-mails. It seems to be a scam.

Scam - ordered a shirt on 23rd January - no tracking number and no reply to emails.

As written by all the other customers, this appears to be a bogus site. I ordered a pullover on 7th January which has still not been received and cannot find any tracking number. When I select "Contact us" it takes me to a site named Violet and Vera.

As the other reviews - I have not received my order, placed on the 10 January and the tracking link cannot find order number ! No reply to my emails. I am now aware a bogus website not a London based shop! The quality will probably not meet my expectations. I advise you not to buy from this company.

Buyer beware ! This is not a UK business and its website is inaccurate - I placed an order for 4 items and realised I had (in error) selected the wrong size for one item so immediately ( within 5 minutes ) emailed them asking for the size to be amended ( I had no concerns as their website stated we will reply immediately - even on a Sunday and make any changes ) - I heard nothing - three days later I see my items are coming from China!! Not the plush London front they have on their website! ( the Royal Mail 48 hours tracked on their website again incorrect ! ) - Finally 3 days later I receive a generic email ‘sorry it’s too late to change your order - your package has been shipped’ - well if you had opened my email 3 days ago … goods will be returned and full refund requested - absolutely misleading and factually incorrect so will be reporting this to your acquiror also.

This is another con site do not purchase from them
