This site is a scam - bought bras that were way too small, they offered to send larger bras for a further payment of $20, these turned up but also of poor quality and doesn't fit. Now I get no response from them so please don't buy anything from them.

Not NZ company. Items shipped from China and reeked of chemicals. Ridiculous return process and still waiting for refund and now emails are bouncing. Disgusted.

Got sent 4 bras 2 different sizes,none of them would fit . They blamed Asia and i thought they were a NZ company. Asked for a refund none given now i cant contact them as my emails come back . Do not deal with this company cheaply made inferior product

One item I paid for was not delivered. Took several weeks for order to arrive. Has been several weeks since I requested for the missing item to be supplied. Then requested a refund. Lack of response is very disappointing. Recommend you do not purchase from this company.

Such a fake company, posing as a mother/daughter company based in Christchurch. Such a scam. I ordered 2 x bras and followed the advice of ordering a size bigger, which after many delays and conflicting stories from the company, were way too small. Their return policy means you are expected to return the items to a CHINA address, at your own expense to be eligible for a refund. If they are based in Christchurch, why can't you return there. Such a scam. Please don't buy from this company. They don't deserve the one star but can't give a zero rating.

Items arrived direct from China, rough cut, cheaply made, I've seen better at Kmart and paid a lot less. I'm keen to support local, and was hoping that's what I was doing. I think Temu would offer better quality. I won't order again and won't recommend it to others.

Drop shipped direct from China - not a Christchurch (New Zealand) business as they claim. Was very unhappy with quality and told we had to return to China at our expense - thought I was supporting a NZ business... Images are AI generated on website - no storefront to return to or view products. Bras were so thin and had no support. Very disappointing

they are using a New Zealand website and its a chinese outfit. It took 4 weeks to get the product and the bra I bought is such misserable quality it defies believe, I am absolutely disgusted what cheap and badly made bra this is. I ordered 3XL and it would only fit a small bust. I tried contacting them and they fobbed me off for more than a week, because if you go past 30 days they will not accept a refund claim. The return address is China which would cost nearly a 100NZD with tracking. Most likely you will never hear back from them or they claim they never received it. They offered me a 10% refund if I dont want to send it back, which is an insult, that would make only 5NZD. Don't be fooled by them and their smart looking website. Its just a con to get your money!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I was under the illusion that I was buying from a local company and began to get suspicious when 17 days went by and still no bras. When they finally arrived it was obvious they would be way too small despite buying one size up as advised. I was further shocked to discover the return address was China and was quoted $65 for track and trace! I'm guessing it will take some time for Harper and Willow to cough up my refund if at all.

The bras were soft and seamless but wrong sizing. I have been offered a replacement which I think is most acceptable .. I’m looking forward to receiving the Sophia option. Thank you for your communication and follow up on the matter.

I wrote a review on their site and it was removed and I'm blocked..
Bought 2 Bras..they are so small and I followed instructions and ordered size up....the quality is shocking appears not stitching but heat pressed....To Return them is expensive as they are not a New Zealand brand as stated ! Anyone would have thought product was of Temu !!

These people are drop shipping low quality bras from China but marketing them as high quality. I believed I was purchasing from a mother/daughter owned local business in NZ, but when my products finally arrived (from China) they were too small and something akin to the quality of Temu or Shein but 10x the price. I contacted Harper Willow and they sent me a return form, which requires me to return the product to their supplier in China at my expense, and once they have confirmed goods received only then will they action a refund despite their "30 day money back, no questions asked guarantee". A very fancy website for a Chinese drop shipper - proceed with caution when buying from them.

Total SCAM!! This company claims to be NZ based but in reality is a China based company with very poor quality items. The bras were at least 3 sizes too small and if I wanted a refund I had to return the items to China which would have cost more than the $69 I paid for them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY

Buyer beware. Trousers were not a good quality. They portray themselves as a NZ company and a mother/daughter team. They even have a 5 star trust pilot grading on their website. Read the reviews on the independent Trustpilot.Don't go there.

You are led to believe the company is NZ with Money back guarantee, when they arrived the sizing was soo small, 3-4 times smaller than expected, on contacting they say they want to give you a 10% refund Or send them back to China, at a huge cost.
On contacting them again to say this is not disclosed with there money back guarantee & I would like a NZ adress to send to, no more replies, its dodgy as, wished I'd read the reviews!

Sizes are significantly smaller than advertised, by at least 3 sizes. I had wanted to support a NZ seller but items are shipped from China (in the same bags as what you get from Temu) and take a long time to arrive. Returns also have to go back to a person in China & must be tracked so it was going to cost $100 to return the items or they offer you a miserable 10% refund. Extremely disappointed & won’t risk shopping from here again, a very expensive mistake. You can get the exact same products from Temu with more accurate sizing & free easier returns. Really disappointed that they portray themselves as a NZ company.

OMG how is it this company getting away with this! Ripping off hard working New Zealanders. Do not order from them, they are not a New Zealand company like they claim. Unable to return or get a refund, without either sending them more money, and nz post cannot verify their return address.

I ordered 2x bras in different sizes according to size charts, ironically the smaller size fits perfectly. However I cannot fault the after sale care, responses are prompt and the solution offered to ship a replacement at reduced cost and not return the initial product is suitable for me.

If I could give a zero I would. This is a scam company. Not a New Zealand store at all. Items ship from china and are available to purchase through Temu or SHEIN for a fraction of the price. Wish I’d done my research first but trusted I was buying from a mother and daughter company in New Zealand. Absolute rubbish!

Really disappointed to realize this wasn't a nz company after trying to return bras that couldn't wear as weren't Seamless as advertised. Had to ship to Vietnam tracked at great expense and wasn't confident I'd get my money back if I did. Offered a 20% refund if I let it go which they did pay but bras were flimsy material and not well made.
