This company is a fraud. Avoid them at all costs

Would have given no stars if possible. Avoid at all cost, scammers, will take money and not deliver any items.

They have not delivered the shoes I have paid for they said my order would be delivered around 30th of may I have tried to contact them with customer service email but no response from them can anyone help me Donald McIntosh 7lochlands gardens Arbroath dd113dl thanks

I ordered my pair of shoes on 26/05/26 over a month it says it in transit suddenly i got on my tracking site says that it is delivered on 28/06 /26 at 2.11pm i was home home on that day no delivery person rang the bell or knock on the door after sendig so many email no response it looks i lost my money avod this fraudster ju just like plague i lost trust buying any thing on online i am going to trading standard to complain abut this Harlow footwear co they are thief.

I had same experience as Beth says delivered and at a stupid time. The company needs to be struck off online there communication is bad. I would like them to bump never ever use them be warned!!!!!

If i could leave no stars i would. No communication. tracking would not work initially. I never recieved my footwear .they will not answer my e-mail and now the tracking says they have been delivered. they eon't let you leave a review either .AVOID AVOID AVOID

Web site said shoes had been delivered, we could not find them!
No response to our emails.
I have obviously lost my money.
I should have checked the TRUSTPILOT site first, I will on future when buying on line.

This company does not exist in the UK it is therefore fraudulent and I will be reporting them to trading standards as a scam and also complaining to Google for allowing them to advertise their products. Their alleged e mail helpline does not exist. I Ordered shoes, came from China, their tracking co said they were delivered five weeks later, no delivery received. No response to my e mails complaining. They need to be shut down.

I ordered shoes from this company, supposedly based in the UK. Tracking the package shows that it was sent from China. It remained in transit until 30 days had passed. The status then changed to delivered, but nothing was received while someone is at home 24x7. I wrote customer support but no reply was received. This is a scam!

ordered shoes on the 21st of may payment taken after sending four e mails to their customer help desk i did not receive a single reply .I had notification they were delivered 22nd of June ,but i have never received the items i have made a application to my card provider to obtain a refund and am awaiting outcome.I have tried to obtain a phone number to contact Harlow Footwear direct but i have been unable to find one listed.

Ordered trainers on 21st may 2026 tracking said in transit in China then arrived in uk, out for delivery on 20th and delivered on 22nd.Nothing received by me emailed and no reply to date.

Made an order on 16th May 2026. Payment taken from my credit card also on 16th May 2026. Not received the order. I have emailed them but no reply. It is now 16th June 2026. This is a company that I would not trust. Shameful customer service.

It is now 24th June 2026. I still have not received my order. Tracking states that the order was delivered today 24th June 2026. This is not true. I am out of pocket to the amount of £39.99. They do not respond to emails.

As another customer has already complained about this company I have had the same experience. Tracking stopped on the 27th May and to date have not received anything. Have emailed them and they have not replied. I notice the same advert is appearing on Google with different company names. Think it appears to be a scam.
