With years of thoughts, doubts, opinions and negotiations I finally considered the private route for a breast reduction - best decision I have made for my wellbeing thus far. Haven struggled with large bust from my teenage years, which severely inflicted my neck, shoulders and back causing excessive strain, aching pains and constant tension . Following a consultation with Ruiz Agha, we walked through the steps of having a breast reduction, the associated risks, designed my ideal bust size and discussed the possible implications around the surgery itself and recovery.
Fast forward two months later after the consultation and I am now four weeks in to the recovery stages and it is going swimmingly, just under one kilo of breast tissue was removed and Ruiz Agha also recommended an up-lift which was completed during the surgery providing me with smaller, perky lifted bust which has made me feel tremendous in and out of clothing. Not to mention the previous strain in my shoulders/ neck & back had immediately disappeared as soon as I had woken up after the surgery process.
Super positive results, fantastic reassurance pre & post op from Ruiz and the team, any doubts are omitted due to the level of knowledge, insight and guidance along this journey!!

I would say a breast reduction is 100% life-changing for anyone considering however, please ensure you do your own due diligence and rest assured you are in the safest hands with Ruiz Agha - Superbly professional, reassurance, guidance and any questions can be answered!!

I was very nervous about starting the journey of facial surgery but after my initial consultation I felt at ease, my expectations were exceeded and I left the appointment with a feeling with confidence that I was supported in my vision and excited to get started with the procedure.

I am really happy with Riaz work. I had 14mm gauge earrings for over 20 years and was really fed up with them. Riaz did an amazing job with the earlobe repair. It's like there was nothing there before. The lobe looks completely natural and I was even able to re pierce after 7 weeks.
Riaz was extremely professional and responsive. It made me very reassured throughout the whole process.
I would definitely recommend to anyone.

From the first consultation over zoom all the way throughout recovery Riaz has been incredible. As soon as I met him I felt my wishes were heard and understood. He talked me through every step, he managed my expectations and helped me to achieve my dream result.
Aside from being incredibly talented and has alllll the qualifications and experience you would hope for in a surgeon, he is also warm, friendly and personable as soon as you meet him.
I felt instantly comfortable and had no hesitations booking my surgery with him.
He quoted me up front and there were no hidden or surprise extra costs. All meetings carried out at Harley street and he was very flexible with moving appointments last minute when I have needed to.

All communication done over email and with very quick responses considering he is a very busy man. He was able to fit me in quickly.

I am 9 days post Chin Lipo and I couldn’t be happier with the results already. The op went as smooth as could be and he has also been there every step of the way throughout recovery. I haven’t had any questions as he prepared me so well with what to expect.

I will without a doubt be recommending him to anyone looking for any cosmetic surgery and will for sure be coming back to him with any future ops.

Was my second procedure with Riaz Agha as my surgeon
Was the relationship with surgeon gave me confidence to have 2nd procedure which was a tummy tuck with additional liposuction. Nearly 2 weeks and happy with how things are going.
I have found my journey with Riaz as my surgeon both exciting and well worth all the anticipation.
First procedure was breast reduction uplift and some liposuction. Outcome just great. Healing process as was I timescale as explained. Continous contact fron Klinikal team always at other end of phone.
I have personally found the journey of both procedures with Riaz Agha as my surgeon a wonderful experience. All was explained so well. Was made to feel like was my experience not just another days work.
Have been told at only week 2 is looking great.

Such a good experience, from the first meeting all the way through the surgery. Riaz is very kind and knowledgeable. I started my journey in August, when a clinic recommended Dr Agha for liposuction. On my first consultation in Harley Street he listen to my journey on why I had come to the decision of wanting liposuction. He was so very sincere, honest and helpful with how advice. He went above and beyond for me. It’s now 5 weeks after my tummy tuck & 360 liposuction and I cannot believe the difference. I already look amazing. Which is something I never thought I be able to say. My scar is already fading, my tummy is as flat as a models. Dr Agha was always there for advice and answer my queries . I cannot thank him enough for turning my dream into reality. Still got a way to go on my journey. So excited to go back in 3 months to show off his brilliant work . Thank you . It has been the most wonderful and refreshing experience.
I booked in with Dr. Riaz for a nasal tip adjustment. I am extremely pleased with the level of care and attention to detail thus far. I have spoken to other surgeons before and always felt a bit rushed.
Dr Riaz takes his time, is super authentic and respectful and kind. He has listened to my exact issue and area that needs rectifying. He then asked me what I’d like to do and he agreed. We have discussed in detail the upcoming procedure. He also enlightened me with other suggestions and idea in regards to my issue. He has an immense amount of knowledge in plastic surgery thus makes you feel like you are in the best hands. He is able to correct my nasal tip/alar issue under local which is just so ideal!

Recently had a consultation with Dr Riaz Agha and it was a really great experience. He is a very lovely man, so very kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. This is my 3rd consultation on Harley St, having previously seen 2 other PS, Dr Riaz was by far the most detailed in his analysis and highlighted a number of complexities with my breast shape - that the other surgeons didn’t pick up on. I can’t wait for my surgery day! :)

I was recently under the care of Dr.agha for excess skin removal surgery and at 8 weeks post surgery I’m delighted with the results. The care was excellent from start to finish - from our initial consultation, dr agha put me at ease and the results are what I’d hoped for. Healing post surgery has been complication free and I’m very pleased with my decision to undergo the surgery, from a health a confidence point or view. Couldn’t recommend Dr agha enough. The treatment was very satisfactory - during appointments he listened attentively and was in regular contact post surgery

After considering a TT with lipo for many years, I finally booked a consultation with Riaz. my consultation with him was very detailed and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I knew leaving the room that I would chose Riaz for my surgery-he gave me confidence in his expertise and he has a real passion for his craft which is infectious! I’m nervous but excited for my procedure in the next 3 months!

I booked an eyelid procedure through Klinikal and was impressed with their efficiency. If anything, they over-communicate and the amount of information (including explanation of possible risks) is substantial.
I was able to move quite quickly to have my surgery done, all within a few weeks. I met Dr Agha virtually and then face-to-face in Harley Street. He comes across as professional, caring, interested in his patient's well-being. On the day, everything went smoothly. Post-op, I had almost no bruising and recovered super-quickly. Now, a month+ down the line, I am very pleased with my results, my friends and family noted unprompted that I look younger and more alert. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Agha.

My experience meeting with Mr Agha was completely professional and informative and from the first consultation I felt completely at ease. I enquired about a Breast augmentation in early July and after a quickly organised face to face meet with Mr Agha, who reassured me and size and needing a breast lift also, i was booked for my operation by 22nd of August.
Mr Agha was sure to meet me first thing to reassure me and provide me with all the facts and risks around the procedure. He took a great deal of care and time in marking my body and explaining in detail each part of the procedure. I felt like an expensive piece of art. I woke up 3 hours later incredibly pleased with the results. Only 7 days post op I feel so much more confident and could not be happier.
After meeting Mr Agha again today for my 7 day post op appointment he also reassured me how well I am doing. I experienced little to no pain even within the first 3 days. The nurses were absolutely amazing and helpful on the day of my operation. My medication was provided for me and I was talked through the times of day to take them etc. All of my (many) questions were always answered and I felt looked after the whole way. Thank you so much Mr Agha for completely transforming my confidence.
