I don't know for sure what was going on with this, but I had a pinprick drop of the 100g hhc distillate that I ordered, and it sent me into a strong panic attack, with violent vomiting. I have been ordering bulk extracts from another site and am still looking for a reliable manufacturer but I've finally cut my everyday habit now that I have to contend with potentially fake products.
The products I ordered were incredibly helpful and so relaxing—exactly what I needed. Shipping was fast and smooth with zero issues. I’ll definitely be coming back for more (again and again)! Top-notch service and an all-around excellent experience. Thanks, HCH—you guys are amazing! 👏
Not surprised I'm the first to review, in spite of "4000 positive reviews" on their page.....
Ordered days ago, no response from customer service. Says orders ship within two days. If they were honest about how long it would take to ship, I definitely would not have paid extra for faster shipping.
I'm not interested in consolation prizes, just making others aware that you can be prepared to be left in the dark, or just get the same " we have received your order! " email every 24 hours.
I would have ordered from the manufacturer, as I did for extra parts on the same day. Those have arrived already.
If it shows up in the next week I'll revisit this.
Edit. The emailed me on day 4 and just basically say they make no actual guarantees...just suggesting that most ship out withing two days.
But they did say my order is "in queue to be shipped today".
Which the generic email has told me every 24 hours since I ordered.
I could have driven to Cali and purchased from the manufacturer by now, why did I pay for expedited shipping?
