Liam returned to carry out the annual boiler service this month, again attention to detail - very thorough.

Following a frozen (then burst) pipe and a related damaged boiler, the Happy Houses plumber came out quickly and restored my heating. The hot water fix required another visit after a spare part was ordered and secured by him, and this replacement was carried out fuss-free and at a reasonable rate, I thought. The plumber was a friendly chap.

Having needed to alter an old bathroom for health reasons, Happy Houses completely transformed it into a stunning new shower room. From the discussions in the planning stages I was really impressed with how thorough they were in making sure everything would meet all requirements. Jamie was friendly and polite and worked tirelessly throughout, ensuring the area was left tidy at the end of each day. His work ethic and the quality of workmanship was amazing. Jamie was great by first taking the time to diagnose the faults with my old Ferroli boiler and then explaining the advantages of upgrading to a newer efficient boiler. The installation went well Jamie arrived at my house before I went to work and was finished just after 7pm.

Very friendly and helpful and helped explained things to me so I understood what was happening. Helped solve my problems and didn’t have to wait too long either.
