Happyforest Arvostelua 3

Paid for 10gynes and 1000workers of polyrhachis dives. Get 2 gynes and approx 200 workers, 70% of the colony was dead (i counted the deads) only 2gynes...
After i mailed them no response...

Before I ordered to happyforest ,I asked if I will receive the plant as per pic. Happyforest replied the following day and said yes. So I ordered different 5 plants amounting to $340. After a week came the parcel. I did not recognised it is from Happyforest as the paperwork says hair accessories. When I opened the parcel, I saw 3 plastic with melted leaves, 1 packet with half dead with squeezy stems, 1 packet of fresh top cut of begonia. I did not order any fresh cut begonia. On the web is potted and rooted. I took pictures upon opening the parcel and contacted Happyforest. Surprise surprise, they never replied back. I took this to paypal for buyer protection but paypal is not that helpful. Paypal said I have to return the plants the way I receive it for a refund. I explained to paypal how on earth can I return a dead and dying plant the same way. This is not a shoe that will not change by the second. I spoke to a supervisor of paypal and was told that all I should do is to return the parcel, provide the tracking number. I said 1st off sending plant abroad needs phytosanitary certificate and I do not have access on that, and even if I do extra mile and apply for that certificate it will not pass as the plant are dead, melting and smelly. Paypal supervisor said just send it and if it is held in the customs in China it is no longer my problem. So I did, trusting the supervisor of paypal's word. So the parcel is on the custom in China for more than a week now ( I have a feeling that it is binned already ) and will never be delivered to the seller. Paypal have closed my case in favour of the seller, even though I have done everything on my end. It has reached China, in the custom but was never released, is this my fault? This Happyforest knew that sending back a plant is impossible because it will need a paperwork. I am gutted and very disappointed to paypal because after having done everything on my part , Paypal's decision is on the seller's side. This is more on seller's protection not buyer's protection. We buyers pay the money first before we get the product. This seller post pics of rooted and healthy plant and will send you a fresh cutting. Happyforest say phytosanitary certificate included THAT IS A BULL! as there is no phytosanitary and the bill of lading says HAIR ACCESORIES. Stay away from this HAPPYFOREST as you will end up a sorrow.

I ordered an express delivery and it took several weeks before the plants arrived. They were all dead by then and I was promised my > €100 back. I've waited for a long time and have been asking for them again, but now they won't even reply to my e-mails.
