I have the rhino, this bike is very sturdy. I have 1000 miles on it, and have worn out the stock knobby Tires. I recommend replacing them with HEB All scape tires. They are an Enduro tire. It made all the difference in the world in handling ,the charger went out and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. On the charger ,plugged the charger in The battery first, and then plug the charger to the wall every time, and you won't have any problem. Make sure you inflate your tires after you get your bike. They will be low and you will not get the amount of distance you want out of the battery. I disconnect my headlight and my tail light, So that I can get extra distance on my battery, I can easily plug them in when it comes to night riding . The headlight is outstanding and shines extremely well! I am 6 foot tall and this bike works great for me. If you have never ridden an electric bike, At first, you need to get used to it. But when you figure out the pedal assist and the throttle assist, you will never ride a regular bicycle again. Why would you? I am 60 and I love this bike.

I got the leopard and it is amazing for my 60 miles a day I love this wonderful company and when I get another e-bike for my brother it will be from them

I bought the cheetah, great platform and great ride. Unfortunately during the initial shipping process the bike was damaged not there fault. But due high demand with local bike shops I was unable to get it in for repair. They sent me every thing I needed and to be fair it did take a little time but they held true and now I’ve put more then 300 miles on in just a week! Great bike and great team support!

I purchased 2 Leopard pro bikes, one for me the other for my 80 year old neighbor. We both love these bikes. The quality of these bikes are outstanding and at this point could not be more satisfied, every question I have emailed to Cassy have been answered and the response has been swift. I am currently waiting on a 3rd bike I ordered for my wife, the HAOQI Eagle step thru.

Great Solid bike, I'm about 5'9 240 lbs and hade no trouble going any place. Assembly was easy for my first Ebike. Love the power and torque.

This is the second bike I've purchased from Haoqi. The first was for myself during the pandemic summer. This time I got one for my wife and she loves it. The bike arrived less than a week after ordering it from the other side of the US. It took about 30 minutes to assemble and it was good to go.

I've gotten great help from a Customer Service rep named Cassie. She's awesome.

Several years back I purchased an Ebke from M2S for myself. I was pleased with it and my wife wanted one this year, so I started looking and decided on the Haoqi Eagle. We have rode 3 times so far on a single charge and the bike has been excellent! My wife has had both hips replaced and the throttle is great for her while she gets her legs built up over these first break in rides. The step thru design is great for getting on and off and the pedal assist is smooth and flawless. Brakes are crisp and smooth and the larger tires make the grass feel like the highway. So far we are very pleased with this bike.

My wife and I took delivery of our Cheetah e-bikes a couple of weeks ago, and we love them. We live in the woods where we have 60 miles of trails, and they handle great. They are also great for riding on the roads. We got used to them real quick.

Came with a lock and saddlebags which came as a promo. Still checking out the bike but it looks great and rides awesome more later

I have the Cheetha dual battery bike and im very happy so far. Plenty of power and longevity.
customer service was very helpful by answering all my quetions.
the test of time will be the real test so i will add more once i put the summer bihind me.

Sales staff and support are very good. We have been working with Haoqie for over a year now, we are pleased with their determination to make things right when there is a problem. We were pleased with the price and quality of their bikes, also if we had questions or needed parts, they bent over backwards to get us the correct parts and trusted us to get the bike corrected. I can't say enough, how much they care for their customers to be happy with their bikes. A company that cares about their customers and quality bikes. That to me is a 5 star rating.

The dependability of my Haoqi e-bike is the best part of owning it. Knowing that I can rely on this fantastic machine to take me to far away places and still get me home without a glitch is very comforting. I also like the fact that their customer service has always been there when I have a question. I haven't had any issues with this bike but I know that Haoqi stands behind their product and is only a phone call away if an issue arises. I love the feeling I have knowing that for the investment I made, going with Hoaqi, was the best choice I could have made. So whether I'm going for a 10 mile ride like I did yesterday through downtown New Kensington or a 100 mile epic journey on the rails to trails to West Virginia, like I did this past fall, I feel confident that the quality of my e-bike will carry the day and get me where I need to go. That's the best peace of mind I could have when it comes to hitting the road !

Hi guys, my second ebike, Cheetah, it has full suspension and long range distance, I love it.

Got my Leppard Ebike and love it, was easy to put together and really impressed with the quality. Could not believe the power this bike has for the price. Recommend this bike to all my family and friends. My challenged grandson loved riding it, he is 21 years old and does not drive a car , so I might just give it to him, so he can use it to go to work. He works at a grocery store about a mile from his home, and now walks most of the time.
